    Thank you for the birthday gift.

    Upon entering the Room, I was surprised to find flowers, balloons, and a Happy Birthday message card on the table. (Since I was traveling by plane, I left the flowers and balloons in the Room and only took the message card with me.) It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

    Executive Services

    Last time, I chose the Standard Plan, but this time I opted for the Executive Plan. Coincidentally, it turned out to be the same Room as before. I remembered being told during my previous check-in that I had been upgraded, and realized that it was actually an Executive Room back then as well. That said, the Room itself remained clean and well-equipped with amenities. Additionally, having access to the Executive Lounge provided unexpectedly excellent services, which made my stay very satisfying.

    Beautiful Hotel

    Stayed with my elementary school daughter without meals. The hotel had a pleasant fragrance upon entering, giving it a luxurious feel. The room was just the right size, and the double bed was spacious and comfortable. There were also slippers and yukata for children. I wanted to include breakfast, but we didn’t have time to relax, so next time I’d like to take it easy and enjoy breakfast. The parking fee is 1,200 yen per night, and being able to use it until the afternoon of the next day was a nice bonus.

    It was a short stay, so this should be enough.

    The standard Room was equipped with basic amenities. It was comfortable to stay in. Recently, my Room has always been upgraded during my visits, so staying in a standard Room this time felt just okay. The staff's service is polite and excellent everywhere. I always choose this place because of its convenient location and parking facilities. I had the breakfast buffet for the first time in a while; since I went later, I could enjoy it quietly at my own pace. I will visit again.

    The hospitality is excellent, and the meals are incredibly delicious.

    Excellent hospitality! Every staff member promptly responded to our requests and was kind to children. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. For meals, on the first night, we enjoyed a course meal through room service, and on the second day, we had breakfast at Nadaman and dinner at Nankoku Shuka. As expected, everything was exceptional—completely satisfying! The Room could have been a bit more spacious, but that's up to personal preference. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Excellent

    I booked this accommodation for a business trip to Nagoya because it was close to the venue and offered room service, all at a reasonable price. The room was very comfortable and convenient, with plenty of outlets around the bed and desk. For breakfast, I enjoyed a delicious Japanese meal from Nadaman through room service. It was truly a high-quality hotel with excellent value for money.

    Breakfast Omelette

    I am staying at the property looking forward to breakfast. In previous stays, I could choose my own toppings for the breakfast omelet, which was made on the spot with perfectly cooked eggs and was delicious. This time, while the additional menu's omurice with plenty of chicken was tasty, there were only regular omelets available, which was a bit disappointing. However, I found that the staff's timing and handling of clearing away finished plates at the buffet were very good.

    It was an enjoyable stay.

    I booked a property for an evening dinner party in Sakae. Upon check-in, I was upgraded and was impressed by the room, which was more wonderful than I had imagined. The feminine decor and massage chair were delightful surprises! Breakfast at Nadaman was quiet and leisurely, leaving me very satisfied. Usually, after shopping at boutiques, I have tea in the lounge before heading home. This was my first stay. I've found another enjoyment after evening dinners. I'm looking forward to staying again. Thank you for this time.

    Convenient Location for Visiting Museums

    Stayed in Nagoya for a museum tour. This hotel is within walking distance of the Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art and the Yamazaki Mazak Museum, and conveniently close to a subway station. The room had a calm atmosphere, was spacious enough, and featured a comfortable bed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet's small scones with cream cheese and dried fruits were delicious. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    Japanese-style breakfast

    I was looking forward to the Japanese breakfast and headed to the restaurant, but the entrance to the passage leading to the seats was piled with things that didn't seem like a passage. From the seat I was seated, it was in full view, so I closed the shoji screen next to the seat. The meal was delicious, but I left the restaurant feeling very disappointed.

    Enjoy a Relaxing Stay

    New Year's decorations were everywhere, creating a festive atmosphere. For meals, we had lunch at Nadaman and breakfast at the buffet, which included osechi dishes, allowing us to enjoy the special New Year's feeling. All the staff greeted us with smiles, providing pleasant service and courteous hospitality. Our Room was on the top floor, the 16th floor, but the elevator was always quick and fast. The Plan included free parking, and we were allowed to park before check-in and leave the car until 4 PM after check-out, which made it convenient to go shopping in Sakae. However, the parking space was narrow for me, making parking a bit challenging. We also used the lounge, which had a wide variety of delicious snacks. However, the lounge felt small and had limited seating. Although it might be difficult, doubling the current size would make it more comfortable. The lounge offered snacks from Ryoguchiya, tea in the Room was from Myokoen, and the morning buffet included Nagoya specialties, which made me, a resident of Nagoya, very happy with the thoughtful touches. It was a one-night stay, but I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    A bit disappointing

    I have used Tokyu Hotel many times. The staff's response was as pleasant as always. Despite it being a New Year's stay, everyone was courteous, and I am satisfied. However, I think there is a need for improvement regarding the breakfast buffet. On the first day, there was a 30-minute wait, and on the second day, about a 15-minute wait, which was quite stressful from the morning. I believe the hotel could have somewhat anticipated the breakfast venue would be crowded. There could have been various ways to handle it, such as allowing reservations for time slots, temporarily using the banquet hall as a breakfast venue, or allowing free changes to room service (I am sure the hotel has considered these options as well...). The important thing is not to let the guests feel stressed. Considering the not-so-cheap price we are paying, the cost-effectiveness is very poor. Waiting is nothing but stress for me, so I hope for improvements in the future.

    A first-class Hotel where you can relax

    Whenever I return to Japan, I always use this Hotel. The hotel staff are very warm and courteous, allowing me to have a comfortable stay every time. I would be delighted if you continue to provide the exceptional hospitality and service that only a first-class Hotel can offer. I also look forward to another opportunity to enjoy the delicious teppanyaki at Loire.

    When returning home ...

    When returning home by car, I often choose between this place and another long-established Hotel because they both have parking. Both Facilities are old, but they were clean. This place is within walking distance to Sakae, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast had colorful salads and Nagoya specialties, which I enjoyed. However, I sometimes thought it would be convenient if the dishes for the food were nearby. The Room we stayed in this time was on a higher floor, but the bathtub felt very old. I thought it might be time to replace it. The small lounge next to the front desk is always crowded. There are often no available seats, and I think there are too few for the number of people. Still, when I have a little free time, I always go there for tea and snacks or have a little drink and appetizers before dinner. Even during the busy New Year period, the lounge staff were cheerful and worked briskly.

    Overall, it was comfortable to stay. The parking space was narrow, and I had difficulty getting in and out after parking.

    The room is old.

    The suite was too old-fashioned. Especially the bathtub was not good. At the very least, the bathtub and shower should be separate. At the time of reservation, that was the only room available, so it couldn't be helped. The French cuisine and the New Year's breakfast were delicious. The front desk staff seemed cold and lacked a smile.

    The hospitality from everyone was excellent.

    Overall satisfaction was high. The services for the executive floor seemed more convenient when located closer to that floor than on the first floor. The meals didn't particularly feel like the New Year, but they were delicious.

    New Year's Eve in the Local Area

    Thinking "Feel like traveling casually," I stayed at a local Hotel, but there were many people with the same purpose, and there was no sense of extraordinary. The amenities in the Room were only for one use, and I wanted multiple uses of disposable cups, etc. The "New Year's Day breakfast buffet" I was looking forward to had too few types of New Year's dishes and was too crowded. However, the local New Year's Day newspaper delivered to the Room early in the morning provided very useful information.

    Consistently Delicious Breakfast

    One of the pleasures of staying at the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel is the breakfast at Montmartre. The consistent deliciousness and the unchanged service from the veteran staff (which reassures us that they are still working there) make it a breakfast that encourages you to come to Nagoya and face the day with energy. This time, it was unfortunate that the Nagoya cuisine corner was not warm. However, I enjoyed the usual curry and, for the first time, the beef bowl.

    I was able to refresh.

    I stayed alone to forget the year. Unlike the standard superior room, the lighting had a calm atmosphere, allowing me to relax and refresh. The salon is small with few chairs, so it doesn't feel like a place to stay for long. I had a Japanese breakfast, so there were few guests, and unlike a buffet, it was quiet and the right choice.

    Room, sauna, and lounge were excellent. Especially the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing as it lacked a homemade feel except for the curry, fried eggs, and omelet. I thought it would have been better to choose Nadaman.
