We stayed here to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 77th birthday. All the staff were incredibly kind, and the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, and our whole family had a wonderful time. We’re truly glad we chose this place. Thank you for such a lovely memory!

Since my injury, we’ve been celebrating our birthdays here in a Room with an open-air bath. I love Onsen, but I was afraid to use large baths and had given up. Then, as a birthday gift for my husband, we came here, and using the bath in our Room helped me regain my confidence—so it has become our regular Accommodation ever since. It’s wonderful.

I’ve stayed here many times. This time, three adults stayed, and the Room was spacious and very clean. I’m somewhat sensitive to smells, but I was able to use the pillows and towels without any concern. The towels were pure white, fluffy, and felt great. The amenities were also much higher quality than at other Hotels I’ve stayed at recently, which made me very happy. My favorite thing about this Hotel is the breakfast buffet. I look forward to it every time, and compared with my stay in spring, there was an even wider selection of delicious Akita specialties this time—I’m disappointed I couldn’t try everything. The hospitality of the person who makes the rice balls is wonderful every time, and it always moves me. I’m planning to stay again next month, so I’m really looking forward to it.

The complimentary tea and snacks, the large public bath, and the late-night snack service (the soba noodles were delicious) were all wonderful. The staff were cheerful and kind, and I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Matsumoto. Breakfast was also very tasty!

I’d been curious about the Manten Hotel Group for a while and stayed for the first time. With so many new hotels being built these days, the building does feel a bit dated in comparison, but it seemed to be carefully cleaned and everything felt fresh and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. This time I couldn’t see outside from my room, so I’m giving it 4 stars. And breakfast—I had the Japanese set meal and it was delicious. It was right around the time new rice comes out, and the rice was glossy and outstanding. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d love to stay again.

This Hotel offers excellent value for money, and I always stay here whenever I visit Tokyo. Once again, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the attentive yet unobtrusive service, and the convenient location.

The moderately American-style Room decor feels thoughtfully different from a typical Business Hotel. It was a new, clean Room. I was surprised that the bath and toilet were clearly separated. (The bathtub and shower felt like something you’d have at home.) The lighting in the Room is well designed, there are plenty of outlets, and it’s highly functional—overall, the hospitality far exceeded expectations for this price. Breakfast was also very satisfying in quality, and the other guests gave an elegant impression. There were a couple of moments when I noticed the soundproofing, but it was quiet at night.

The staff’s thoughtfulness and service were excellent, and although it was my first trip in a while, it became a wonderful memory. However, the Room air conditioning did not work well, the noise from the unit bothered me and made it hard to sleep, and I was also concerned about the smell of the water in the open-air bath.

It’s very quiet—around the lobby, in the restaurant, and in the garden as well. It’s a space where you won’t be bothered by people or noise; that’s what makes this small property special, true to its name as an annex. We chose the smallest Room type, and it was more compact than we expected (in a good way). If you plan to spend a lot of time in your Room, a larger one facing the garden would be better. Breakfast is Nouvelle Époque despite (or perhaps because of) the intimate size. It feels more relaxed yet elegant than Toranomon. There are also Kyoto touches, and they even offer French toast—so we could enjoy that Okura feel too. Please let us stay again when we’re looking for a slow trip without trying to do too much!

The staff provided excellent service, from our arrival to meal service. The large public bath and the Room were very clean, and the food was delicious, making our stay very comfortable. It became a wonderful memory of our family trip. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for everything. A 5-year-old, a 35-year-old, and a 65-year-old—each of us was able to spend a comfortable stay. The bath was wonderful. The water was soft and the temperature was just right, and it helped us relax and recover from our fatigue. The nearby seafood izakaya you recommended was truly delicious. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We stayed for one night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The room was clean and spacious, the amenities were more than sufficient, the bath was spotless with a great view, the staff were courteous, and the food was amazing—there’s no end to what I could praise. We didn’t specifically mention that it was her birthday beforehand, but when we filled in our names and dates of birth on the day, they noticed and gave us a handwritten birthday card during dinner. That surprise meant so much to us. If I had one small concern: at dinner, we informed them of a dairy allergy and they kindly accommodated it. However, since the course included items like grilled spiny lobster and cake, I would have felt even more at ease if they had added a brief note such as “no butter used” or “made with soy milk” for those dishes. That said, both of us were truly impressed—we had an incredibly satisfying trip overall.

Due to a change in our Hakone travel plans, we urgently looked for an inn near the Sengokuhara Grassland Walking Trail, so we arrived without high expectations. From the moment we arrived, I felt uneasy because the parking lot was some distance away, but the staff’s hospitality was excellent throughout—better than expected from the start. We had heard the room was small, but it actually felt more spacious than expected. The food at both dinner and breakfast tasted good, though younger guests might find the portions a bit light. Dinner was udon, so if that feels insufficient, I recommend adding a bowl of rice for 300 yen. The beef steak was cooked perfectly. There are two indoor baths and one open-air bath; however, the tubs are small and the area is surrounded by fencing, so it feels fairly standard. That said, perhaps due to the hot spring’s benefits, my skin felt smooth after bathing. Overall, with its great location just a 5-minute walk to the Sengokuhara Grassland Walking Trail and reasonable rates, it turned out to be a much better stay than expected—choosing Hakone Fuga was absolutely the right decision for this trip.

I stayed in a twin room in the Main Building the night before, but there was no availability for the second night, so I moved to a twin room in the East Building. The East Building is newer than the Main Building and has two elevators. Although I checked out once, there was a service where the staff moved my luggage to the new room. The room had a calm, modern atmosphere, and you can see the river from the window—I imagine it must be wonderful during cherry blossom season. The toilet and bath have no step at the entrance, making it easy to get in and out. There is also a handrail by the bathtub. This room also had their special ion water, which I enjoyed. A safe is provided as well, so valuables feel secure. An early-morning walking event was planned, and it seems the president personally guides guests along the riverside. I wanted to join, but unfortunately it rained. I was also looking forward to an excellent breakfast after the walk. Perhaps because it was a weekday, breakfast wasn’t very crowded—when I went at 6:30 a.m., there was no wait. There were plenty of restaurant staff; dishes were replenished constantly, and tables were cleared and reset quickly whenever they opened up—very pleasant service. There are several local specialties, introduced with informational panels. One minor inconvenience: if you stay in the East Building, you need to go down to the first floor before heading to the Main Building’s breakfast venue. Also, since both the coin laundry and hot spring are on an upper floor of the East Building, staying in the Main Building might feel less convenient for those facilities. I regret not using onsen this time. When traveling toward Fukui again, this is a hotel I would choose on purpose. A great choice—highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay. It rained during our visit, but the sight of the wet rocks and crashing waves was powerful in its own way, so we still really enjoyed it. The in-room hot spring bath felt amazing and left my body feeling refreshed. They also replace the towels, so it was great to be able to soak as many times as we wanted without hesitation. The herbal tea was delicious too—I ended up having seconds. We were satisfied with every dish. We also loved being able to order original cocktails at dinner (they can be made non-alcoholic). Everything was excellent, but we were especially impressed by the sashimi and the robatayaki wagyu beef—absolutely outstanding! Above all, we felt that every staff member we met provided exceptional hospitality. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, just across National Route 2. After arriving and checking in at the lobby, I noticed a ring toss game next to the lobby. It brought back childhood memories for me, and although it was my first time playing in over 40 years, I missed all five tries. It was rare to see a ring toss game inside a hotel—was this part of the service? My room was on the 4th floor of a 19-story building. Near the lobby there were Kobe souvenirs for sale, and they also sold ice cream. Higher floors would have offered great views of Kobe at night, but since I was on the 4th floor, I could only see the lower nighttime scenery because of all the surrounding high-rise buildings. On the first floor there is a dining area with Union Curry. I ordered a large curry as a late-night meal and ate it in my room. I had a very comfortable stay—the bed felt great and I slept well. The next morning, I learned that the tap water comes from Mt. Rokko. I drank some and it tasted very good. Mt. Rokko’s water is known throughout Japan for its quality. For me, Kobe is the best place to stay in Kansai because it’s lively, the food and water are delicious, sightseeing is great, and it’s such an enjoyable city that I never get tired of visiting no matter how many times I go. Thank you very much. I will come again next time.

So spacious for a Hotel right in front of the station! It was so affordable that I wondered if it was too good to be true, but the Review ratings were high so I made a Reservation—and it really was great. Bath salts and amenities were well stocked. I didn’t use the restaurant, but it was very lively, so I figured the food must be good. There’s also a convenience store nearby. The parking lot was full so I couldn’t use it, but there’s a paid parking lot right across the street, so it wasn’t a problem. I think it’s a very good Hotel!

Despite being in the midst of Tenjin’s urban bustle, I was able to spend a serene time that felt like a different world. I was highly satisfied with everything from the hospitality and Facility to the amenities and dining. This stay reaffirmed for me the essential value of Hotel service: forgetting everyday life, relaxing, and recharging for tomorrow. In particular, the “perfectly balanced sense of distance” in the service throughout the Hotel and the pleasantly unpretentious atmosphere were truly comfortable. As one of Fukuoka’s premier luxury hotels, it isn’t an experience I can have often, but it left a lasting impression and is a Hotel I would love to stay at again someday.

The location and access from the parking lot were excellent. The restaurant and front desk staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit the Toyama area.

The station is close, so we not only visited Nara but also went out to Namba this time. After arriving by car, they kindly stored our luggage and we took the train to Namba. We ate takoyaki and wandered around. On the second day, we went to Heijo Palace Site. We drove there, but while walking around we realized we had come right next to the hotel.
