I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

The building is old and shows some signs of age in places, but it is well cleaned and did not feel unpleasant. Breakfast seemed to be cooked on the spot, and considering the price, it was satisfying and very tasty. On the other hand, the Room was a bit small, and I had to move the chair each time I walked through. Personally, I think single beds rather than a double bed would have made better use of the space and been more comfortable.

With more and more Hotels offering self check-in and check-out, the warm service from the front desk staff made me feel at ease. The gentleman who is always at the front desk is great. This time I chose a plan with breakfast, but the menu was exactly the same on both days. The restaurant itself was relaxing, but perhaps because I went close to closing time, the breakfast selection felt a bit limited. That said, it’s very close to Nagasaki Station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

The staff’s wonderful smiles, their kind and attentive service to my mother who travels with me, delicious cuisine that delights all five senses, and an Onsen you can enjoy as much as you like whenever you like—everything about this Accommodation is consistently excellent, so we keep coming back. The Rooms are clean and comfortable with a strong sense of privacy, and each Room has a completely different atmosphere, which makes it fun to try them all. We would love to visit again in a different season.

A new Hotel just steps from Shimizu Station. Many guests stay here for business trips and training. The welcome drink bar offers soft drinks and alcohol, so you can relax in your Room. There are several types of toothbrush amenities, and the drip coffee is a nice touch. It was a shame that the morning juice and cold tea were moved to the buffet area. The breakfast buffet has a smaller selection, but I was very satisfied with the morning curry with plenty of root vegetables, athlete-style pork miso soup, salad, salmon, whitebait, and yogurt. The Room was a spacious double. I slept very well.

Kyoto offers many different ways to enjoy your stay depending on the area you choose and the character of each Hotel. This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and it is in a very convenient location just a short distance from Shijo-Karasuma, which can be considered the center of downtown Kyoto. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the station whether you arrive by Hankyu Railway or the subway. Nearby are places like Goodman Roaster Kyoto and Unzen, as well as many wonderful cafes and coffee shops that have opened over the past few years—just visiting them is enjoyable in itself. Ogaki Shoten (Main Store), with its large and unique selection of magazines and books, is also close by, and Daimaru is within walking distance. There are also grocery supermarkets such as Fresco and Moritaya right nearby, making this a great area for spending time as if you live in Kyoto. Since the Hotel opened in 2019, both the Facilities and Room interiors still feel new and were very comfortable. The Room I stayed in wasn’t particularly large, but the layout was well designed so it didn’t feel cramped. It had a comfortable bed and a fairly large sofa, and the bathroom had a spacious bathtub, which made my stay very relaxing. I stayed on the 4th floor this time, and the view from the window wasn’t great due to nearby apartment buildings; however, that’s common for Hotels in central Kyoto and can’t really be helped. With that in mind, I felt it might even be fine to choose a Room on a lower floor. Breakfast didn’t have an especially wide variety of items, but everything gave me the impression of being properly prepared. I especially liked the large-bean natto. The staff at both reception and breakfast were very polite yet friendly. Overall, I found this to be a very satisfying Hotel. I was impressed that they maintain this level of service at this price point. In Kyoto I usually make hotels around City Hall or west of the Imperial Palace my regular choices, but I would like to add this Hotel to that list as well. My husband grew up in a ranch in Hokkaido, while I was raised in the city. Drawn to this thatched-roof Accommodation, we stayed here for the first time. From the view at the entrance, we were amazed by the extraordinary, nostalgic buildings and the rice fields spreading out in front of them! We both fell completely in love with it. The Onsen is also wonderful—the free-flowing natural spring water is slightly lukewarm, perfect for a long soak. It leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized. What’s especially impressive about this Accommodation is the many furnishings and antiques placed throughout, delighting the eyes everywhere you look! It feels like visiting an art museum. Truly amazing! My husband can be quite particular, but he absolutely loved it and says he definitely wants to come again in autumn. Getting to the annex using the cart and monorail was also fun and brought back childhood memories. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced, and kept very clean throughout the Facility. It’s also nice to be able to move around the Facility, including the dining area, in Room wear. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed a well-balanced and satisfying meal. I will continue to stay here in the future.

I booked this Accommodation for my parents, and they were very pleased. They loved how spacious and clean the Room was, and everything—from the bath and meals to the service—was excellent. We would be happy to stay again in the future.

Although our trip was rainy, the staff kindly came to the parking lot with an umbrella to welcome us as soon as we arrived at the Accommodation. After that, everyone continued to treat us gently with warm smiles at all times, making it one of our favorite travel memories. The Onsen temperature was just right, and I ended up soaking for about an hour... Dinner was delicious, but breakfast was even better—an amazing variety and great flavors. We felt happy and completely full from the morning! It’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again!

I have been living overseas for 18 years and return to Japan temporarily about twice a year. Whenever I come back, I always visit an Onsen with my wife... We’ve been to many different Onsens, but... we eventually found Oyado Tamaki, and this is about our sixth stay... Now we choose Oyado Tamaki every time. We are extremely satisfied with the Onsen, the Facility, the meals, and the hospitality of the staff.

We felt truly relaxed in our Room with a view of Lake Biwa. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. Above all, the dinner we had been looking forward to exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the Omi beef and sashimi, and the buffet with sushi and more was very satisfying. Even my mother, who doesn’t usually like meat, said it was delicious and enjoyed the Omi beef. After dinner, we watched a children’s Japanese taiko drum show. It was very powerful and became a wonderful travel memory. We would love to stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on a solo travel Plan, combining it with work. The best part was the meals. The sashimi and the Western-style dishes the next day were wonderfully varied, and I was very satisfied. I was also very pleased with the staff’s attentiveness. However, due to my work needs, I preferred a Room with an additional separate space, and I truly appreciated that you kindly accommodated my request by changing it for an additional fee. I think this is a very good Hotel. I will stay again. Thank you.

It happened to be a day of heavy rain, so I was able to borrow an umbrella. Thank you!! It’s conveniently located close to the city, and offers excellent value for money. 　You can also have breakfast nearby!!

The room was new and very well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. It was a bit disappointing that the bathroom is a unit bath, but considering the price, it was more than sufficient. Breakfast offers a wide variety, so even for long stays you won’t get bored, and it’s delicious—I looked forward to it every day. For those who go diving or snorkeling, there is a fully equipped drying room and showers, which were very convenient to use.\nI would like to stay again.

The infinity Onsen was wonderful. It was the perfect temperature, and my husband and I stayed in for two hours. Since Onsen are usually separated by gender, I’m usually alone wherever we go, but this was the first time we could enjoy an Onsen together. The buffet didn’t have a huge variety, but the individual sashimi servings were very delicious, and for someone my age it was more than enough. This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again.

This was our first time staying in Sengokuhara. The interior of the building felt darker than we expected. It felt very private, and we did not encounter any other guests at all during our stay. The meals were just the right amount for us and were very delicious. Above all, the in-Room Onsen was wonderful, and we enjoyed it many times. Having steps installed inside the bathtub made it very easy to use for someone with mobility issues. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Thank you for all your thoughtful care and attention. We will look forward to staying again and will get through our daily life with that in mind.
