Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

We were surprised to be served a welcome drink at check-in and to complete the procedures on the sofa, but both the Room and the food were incredibly stylish and amazing. There was no TV, which really made it feel like an escape from everyday life, and we thought that was part of what made it such a special space. From the moment we walked in, I feel like we said “Wow” about 20 times. We’d definitely love to come back again.

A belated note, but I visited in June. The bellflowers were in bloom, and I was truly delighted. Thank you for the peaceful garden and the calm atmosphere inside the hall, as well as to the kind staff at reception and in the restaurant. The morning service was also a comforting time. I also learned about the Kukai exhibition from a brochure there and went right away. When I visit Kyoto again, I would love to stay at Chishakuin Temple.

Return Visit Stayed for two nights a few years ago and was amazed by how incredible the Moor Onsen was. They even had our past stay history on record, which really showed their professionalism. At the time, we were a bit bothered by some odors in the Room and Onsen, so we “cheated” for a while with a newer Accommodation nearby (laugh). This time, we made a Reservation for a newly renovated Room. Bottom line: it was excellent! I’m not really into saunas, but I enjoyed it because you can adjust the temperature in various ways and even listen to music. There were plenty of towels, and bathrobes were provided as well. The only downside was that the open-air bath was slightly too hot. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. If they renovate more guest rooms, we will definitely stay again.

The Room was spacious, so we could relax and enjoy a luxurious day!! The outdoor BBQ was also wonderful!! We were also able to visit a nearby Onsen, which was great. Since there weren’t many people, we could take our time and unwind. We’d love to come again.

I always look for Route Inn during my travels and use their services. I'm aiming to visit all their locations.

Used for a memorial service. I think it is a good Business Hotel. The vegetables at the restaurant are delicious.

All the staff were kind, and the property was clean. The Hotel did feel a bit dated. Breakfast and dinner were both very delicious—much better than I expected for the price. The Niigata rice was especially good. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge were also nice. Roasting marshmallows over the irori at night was fun. The large public bath and open-air bath, fed by a private hot spring source, were excellent as well. However, it seemed a little different from Tsukioka Onsen’s typical emerald-green water with a thin oily film on the surface. Maybe there is a lot of added water? I’m not sure. Even so, considering the value for money, meals, various services, and how kind the staff were, I think it’s a good Hotel. Thank you for taking care of us. The town area of Tsukioka Onsen is beautifully maintained and very pleasant. It’s an Onsen I would definitely like to visit again.

Every few years I travel to Minamata, where my friend’s family lives, and I stay here each time. We came as a large group, but since we had faxed the arrival cards in advance, check-in was smooth. Some of our group are smokers, so this is an important point when choosing a Hotel. These days some Hotels provide smoking areas outside, but we prefer to relax in our Room, so having smoking Rooms available is greatly appreciated. It’s also nice that breakfast is included. We stayed for two nights this time as well; on the first day we left early in the morning for golf and couldn’t make it to breakfast time, which was disappointing, but on the second day we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. We rented a car and used the parking lot—it was very affordable and really helpful. It rained and we borrowed umbrellas; even though we were a large group, they kindly lent us enough umbrellas for everyone, which we truly appreciated. The Room was clean and well organized, so we had a comfortable stay. It was also nice that there is a service benefit when you decline cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Minamata.

We stayed in a two-room suite with a view of the townscape roofed with Sekishu tiles. The view itself wasn’t great—more like looking at the neighboring house—but it was more than made up for by the hospitality and the food. This wasn’t typical Ryokan cuisine; the dishes were thoughtfully prepared using local ingredients. Hot items were served hot and freshly made. We stayed on the day of the fireworks festival before Obon. After taking a bath, we lay down until dinner, watching the sunset and listening to insects—it felt wonderful. We went to Yakushiyu before dinner, but it was hot while waiting there, and since the Accommodation’s bath was so good, we wished we had used the Accommodation’s bath in the evening and gone to Yakushiyu early in the morning instead. In the hallway, as part of their hospitality, there was a refrigerated case where each guest could choose one drink—beer, juice, or water. That made us happy. And about the fireworks: we expected a small rural display, but it kept going for nearly 30 minutes without getting boring—it was very well planned. We’d like to stay again around this time next year before Obon.

Whenever I stay at a Hotel, I usually hear some noise (people talking or mysterious banging), but this time it was almost silent and I ended up sleeping for 12 hours. It was very comfortable, with an ice dispenser essential for hot Amami Oshima, a large public bath, washing machines, and an inexpensive gas station nearby. There’s also an AEON close enough to see but not within walking distance. I stayed in different Rooms on the first and second nights (because they don’t clean after just one night), and they kindly moved the luggage I didn’t need for sightseeing into the Room for my second night. This was a perfect Hotel stay for me after a long time. Please let me stay again!

A relaxing Accommodation in a quiet setting away from the city. The Room includes a kitchen and is highly recommended for long-term stays, but there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. It is essential to buy anything you need in advance in the city or around the airport. A short path near the Accommodation leads to a peaceful beach—better suited for walking than swimming. At night, there are no surrounding lights, so you can enjoy a breathtaking sky full of stars. Breakfast is a Western-style one-plate meal with the same menu every day, so guests on a Multiple Night Stay may want to supplement it with additional items.

I stayed here for a live show at Makuhari Messe. It’s close to the station, and the area around the Hotel has everything—supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores—so it was perfect. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable, and the buffet was delicious. The Hotel staff were kind, and when I headed out for the second day’s show, they even thoughtfully gave me a cooling towel, which was a big help. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I’ve been staying here since last year when visiting Mimata Onsen and watching Iwami Kagura. This year I was able to make a Reservation again. On the first day, after Mimata Onsen, I bought a discounted ticket for the Sannomiya Shrine night kagura at check-in and enjoyed the performance. On the second day, I watched kagura performances at 10:00 and 13:00 at YouMe Town Hamada. On the third day, I watched kagura at Misumi Shrine from 10:00 to 15:00. On the way home, I bought onsen water at the Mimata Onsen hot spring stand before taking another bath. We also stopped by Roadside Station Goise Nima and enjoyed a children’s kagura performance. During Golden Week, I was very satisfied to have a Multiple Night Stay based in Hamada and fully enjoy both the onsen and Iwami Kagura. The Room was clean and quiet. All necessary amenities were provided, and the front desk staff and employees were polite and pleasant—overall, we were extremely satisfied. I’d like to make another Reservation next time as well.

I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I did—I had a very satisfying stay. At check-in, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous, which made for a pleasant start to my trip. The Room was spotless, and I was especially happy with the well-stocked amenities. The shower in the Room was excellent. I had assumed it would be small, but there was plenty of space and strong water pressure—very satisfying. I also used the Onsen and the pool. The pool had a great view; it was a shame it was cloudy that day, but there were warmer areas in the water temperature-wise, which felt really nice. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if they were directly connected to the Hotel with no need to go outside. I wanted to use the Onsen before checkout, but even though it isn’t far, you still have to walk outdoors—and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that right after waking up without makeup—so I gave up on that idea. Still, I had a fulfilling and worthwhile time overall, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

I visited Tenkawa Benzaiten Shrine, stayed here, and then went to Tamaki Shrine. It took about 1.5 hours from Tenkawa Benzaiten Shrine, and about 2 hours from here to Tamaki Shrine. The Onsen water was silky-smooth, like soaking in a beauty serum. It was clean and very relaxing. The meals were delicious with plenty of side dishes—I even had an extra serving of rice. I used the Room for single occupancy, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a main shop nearby that sells kakinoha-zushi (persimmon leaf sushi), and on the Hotel staff’s advice I bought some as a bento for my trip to Tamaki Shrine. The Hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. It’s not easy for me to visit often, but it’s a Hotel that makes me want to come back again.

I chose this Accommodation because it was conveniently located for the area I needed to visit. Even though it was a Saturday, the price was lower than nearby places, which was a big plus. What I personally liked most was the amenities: in addition to standard items like toothbrushes and razors, they also offered an uncommon pouch, and it was free to take—great touch. I didn’t use it, but there is also a lounge, and overall I felt they really focus on providing good service. It was a very satisfying Accommodation.

Despite being in Beppu City, this Accommodation is wonderfully quiet. Because it’s a small Accommodation, we didn’t run into anyone at all. We were told the building is old, but it has been fully renovated—the Room and baths were outstanding. Truly lovely. The amenities are well stocked, and there’s also a coffee machine. All drinks in the refrigerator are free as well. If your Room doesn’t have an in-room bath, you can use one of the three private baths. They are not by Reservation—if one is available, you can use it. Personally, I recommend “Nadeshiko.” The changing area is stylish and really lifts your mood! I was able to relax and enjoy it with my husband without any worries. Meals are served in your Room, which is rare these days. Everything was brought at just the right timing. Every dish was carefully prepared and genuinely delicious. We couldn’t finish everything, so they packed the yellowtail and wild vegetable rice for a late-night snack. And checkout is at 11:00! We’re grateful we could stay until the very last minute. I’ve stayed at some fairly nice Accommodations in Yufuin as well, but this Accommodation felt like a much better value and was far more comfortable. I highly recommend it for couples, married couples, and families with small children.

Upon arrival, we were guided by a cart to our Room while still in the car, and the check-in process and explanations were handled smoothly and efficiently. We took a walk before dinner, and when we entered the main building, it was a wonderful place with great atmosphere, where we enjoyed a very delicious dinner. I felt it was great to be able to spend such a relaxing time with my wife.
