Although it was a bit far from the station, there was a convenience store on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Facing a main road also made it easy to find. There is no large public bath or Onsen, but the in-room shower had been replaced with a Mirable showerhead, which felt new and nice. The amenity buffet was so well stocked that you could arrive empty-handed without any issues, and there were also pillows to choose from, so I could relax comfortably in an environment close to what I’m used to at home. On the front desk floor, there was a tea dispenser available at all times, and until 6:00 p.m., dumplings were provided as sweets. In addition, several kinds of obanzai and one alcoholic drink were served free of charge until 9:00 p.m., and I felt the complimentary services were very thorough. I booked the No Meals Included Plan but purchased a breakfast voucher on site and had breakfast as well. There was an excellent variety of Shizuoka-style items such as tuna sashimi, whitebait (shirasu), horse mackerel takikomi rice, and grilled eel (kabayaki), more than enough to leave me fully satisfied. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that there wasn’t an ice bucket provided in the room, so I ended up using paper cups at the ice machine, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! Conveniently located near the subway exit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast smoothie and mango yogurt were delicious. The soup curry was spicy and tasty. One disappointing thing was that when I opened the toilet lid, there was a sewage smell, and it persisted throughout my stay.

The Room and the large public bath were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious. I love croissants.

This was my second stay, and the staff kindly assisted with my request for wheelchair access and provided clear guidance on parking. The view from our Room on the 8th floor was enjoyable, and breakfast was delicious—the French toast was carefully prepared. I would like to stay again.

It feels like a Room in an apartment. I brought ice packs, and it was helpful to be able to freeze them in the small freezer in the kitchen. The Room was spacious for one person, so I could relax, and breakfast was mainly Japanese-style but delicious. The woman in the dining area was very kind and helpful, and I’m glad I stayed at this Accommodation.

Five siblings stayed here together. Our Room was on the second floor, but because the Accommodation is on a hill, we had a great view over the green trees and the Onsen town. The spacious bedroom and Japanese-style room can be separated with sliding doors, which helped us catch up on sleep after the ferry ride. The floor chairs were also very helpful for our elderly family members, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a coffee maker in the Room. We were also grateful that you accommodated an allergy request even though we had failed to inform you in advance. The meals were delicious as well—beautifully presented creative dishes with wonderful colors. The Hotel’s atmosphere, furniture, and furnishings felt beautiful, as everything is carefully maintained and used with respect despite its age. We love Kyushu, so when we visit Beppu again, we would like to stay here again.

It was absolutely amazing! Since we stayed just one night, it flew by, but I’m so glad we decided to rent the whole house! The place is stylish in every way, and there were plenty of towels—so after playing in the pool, we went straight to the Onsen! We could also do laundry, played in the pool again the next morning, and then back to the Onsen! The hot sandwiches included in the breakfast Plan were very filling. We also found the Arita mandarin orange juice that came with breakfast being sold elsewhere as a souvenir, so we bought some to take home. The quality of the meat for dinner BBQ was excellent—tender, juicy, and truly delicious! Meat included in BBQ Plans is often tough and not very impressive, but this one was incredibly good! Next time I’d love to bring friends and definitely stay here again!

Used for a memorial service. I think it is a good Business Hotel. The vegetables at the restaurant are delicious.

Good access. The Room is spacious. The bath is pleasant, and the breakfast was very delicious. I especially liked the strawberry jelly. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. Using a coupon made it very affordable. The hostess (?) gave a rather reserved impression. The Accommodation felt a bit old, and the TV was small. I thought we might be able to enjoy some hot tea, but there was no tea provided. I figured that was understandable given the low price. Breakfast was very satisfying!

This was our second stay. The new Room had a private indoor bath, and we were truly satisfied. Dinner was French cuisine, and every dish prepared by the delightful chef was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. We would love to visit again.

It was convenient to access from the parking lot and close to Kokusai-dori.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff provide service that is better than at other hotels. When I called to make a Reservation for parking, I explained that I would arrive early and then go out again. They assured me it was fine, and even though it was before check-in time, they kindly stored my luggage and assisted me with care. Thank you very much. With more hotels offering impersonal service these days, I think Super Hotel Tokyo Kameido is an excellent Hotel.

The Room and service were excellent, and the teppan kaiseki at Natori River was truly outstanding. Although it is limited to two parties per day, we were the only guests that day, so it felt like a private stay and we were able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast at a relaxed pace. We stay at Accommodations of a similar class several times a year, and this was one of the best value Accommodations we’ve experienced in quite some time.

This was my first time using it. I have used nearby chain Hotels several times, but I chose this one because it is closer to my destination. It was very good. Above all, the response of the front desk staff was excellent. Also, I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast as they were delicious. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

The radon Onsen was great, and the Room was spacious.\nBreakfast in the morning was delicious. If I had to say one thing—though it may be difficult—it would have been even better if we could choose between Japanese and Western breakfast.\nConsidering the higher holiday rates, it still felt reasonably priced. After checking out, it was very refreshing to take a walk to the nearby earth pillars.

Check-in is done in front of your Room. (Check-out was done at the front desk of the former Hotel.) I had a Multiple Night Stay, and due to availability I had to change Room types, but the staff moved my luggage for me. The first day’s Room was spacious and new, with a pleasant woody scent, making it very comfortable. The second day’s Room (main building) was a bit smaller, and having the bath and toilet together felt slightly cramped, but I liked being able to see hibiscus from the bedside window. Both the new wing and the main building are simple yet tasteful buildings that blend well with the island scenery. I had breakfast in the dining hall of the former Hotel, which felt nostalgic and reminded me of the Showa era. This is an Accommodation I’d like to visit again.

My family stayed in the Premium Ocean View Room. The renovated Room was very comfortable, and the bench seating by the window was especially convenient. The live squid we were looking forward to was served as frozen squid due to the weather, but it was still delicious and we were fully satisfied and stuffed. It was a shame that the water in the large public bath was lukewarm, but overall our satisfaction level was high. The location is not easy to reach by public transportation, but if you transfer buses well you can get right to the front of the Ryokan (on the way back, we walked to Yobuko Port).

I made a Reservation because of the highly praised meals. It was great to have plenty of sashimi, and I also ordered extra kibinago sashimi. Even without any add-ons, both the quality and quantity were satisfying. From the Room, you get an unobstructed view of Kagoshima Bay and the Osumi Peninsula! It would have been even better if the open-air bath were right by the sea, but the Onsen itself is excellent, so I can live with it. During my stay, the shared sand-steaming bath was under renovation, but they kindly guided me to a Facility at a nearby Hotel instead, which was very helpful. This should definitely be on your list when visiting Ibusuki.
