Both the cave bath and the open-air bath were clean, and we could relax comfortably. We stayed in a Room that seems to have undergone a major renovation—reducing the number of rooms and adding a bedroom and a private in-room hot spring bath with free-flowing water—so our stay was very comfortable. The furnishings in the Room and along the hallways were also lovely. The experienced staff who took care of our meals kindly answered various questions about the local area, making our time truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.

This is the best Accommodation in the Okuhida Onsen area. The value for money is outstanding. We really enjoyed the open-air bath in the Room, the private open-air bath, and the lounge area after bathing. This was our second stay.

Communication with the staff was minimal, and we were able to enjoy complete privacy! The view from the Room was amazing. It would have been even better if there had been children’s nightwear in the Room! Thank you for taking care of us.

This was my first stay at Hisai Green Hotel. I usually stay at the affiliated Center One Hotel. Before my stay, I asked about places for dinner and was also told that breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Since it was my first time staying here, I was really looking forward to it. The Accommodation was very quiet, and the welcome drink service even included ice for iced coffee. I visited on an extremely hot day, so that was very helpful. The staff were also kind and attentive. What I looked forward to most was the breakfast ochazuke. The spiny lobster broth for the ochazuke was rich and delicious, and the Matsusaka beef shigure-ni was also excellent. Being able to customize the ochazuke myself made it both fun and tasty. The menu making good use of local ingredients is wonderful. When items ran out, they were replenished quickly. A member of the breakfast staff asked, “How was your breakfast?” and I replied, “It was excellent.” In addition to the meals, the Accommodation was kept very clean throughout. Since I had a late check-out with a long stay the next morning, I could relax in a clean environment until departure. If I have another chance to visit the Hisai area, I would like to stay again. I am always grateful for Comfort Inn Ogaki and Center One Hotel Handa as well. The affiliated hotels are reliable and truly excellent Hotels where you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to continuing to use these affiliated hotels in the future.

When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I checked in late after a concert, but they still assisted me politely and attentively, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it didn’t feel far at all. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

The Room and the large public bath were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious. I love croissants.

Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!

It was my first time visiting Shodoshima. The two-meal Plan at this price is an excellent value. Sashimi was served with five different ways to enjoy it (local soy sauce, olive oil, etc.), and every dish made with local ingredients was very satisfying. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the Room, the bath, the views from the restaurant, and the wonderful service from all the staff greatly increased our overall satisfaction. Thank you very much for taking care of us. I would like to stay again.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, which I personally find very satisfying. Breakfast was just right and delicious.

Beautiful scenery, a resort-like atmosphere throughout the property, and carefully prepared seasonal dishes. The service was attentive, courteous, and truly pleasant. The cool natural air and enjoyable walks made me very glad I visited. Breakfast was also brought to our table, allowing us to relax and enjoy the meal at ease. I appreciated the Shuttle Service from Yudanaka Station, and taking a short break in the lounge was a wonderful time as well. Although it was a trip during the heat, I felt refreshed and ready to get through the summer with renewed energy. I am turning 77 this year. I want to continue enjoying wonderful trips—dressing up and savoring stays at Resort Hotels and Ryokans.

We took our first family trip to Awaji Island to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. We chose this Accommodation because we love Onsen, and above all, we were drawn to the name “Senshin Waho.” After staying here, it truly became a place we thought, “We absolutely want to come back the next time we visit Awaji Island.” When we arrived, the staff kindly carried our luggage from the car. While listening to the soothing sound of wind chimes, we were served blended tea, and orange juice for our child. Just as we had seen in Reviews, everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. My husband was delighted and said it was “the best Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at,” which made me happy too. Our Room had a beautiful ocean view. Simply watching the sea made all our everyday fatigue melt away. Dinner featured many dishes that truly captured Awaji Island, and everything was delicious. Since it was my husband’s birthday, they even prepared a celebration plate for him. Thank you so much for that and for all your warm thoughtfulness. And then the Onsen we had been looking forward to: a rare free-flowing natural hot spring on Awaji Island. There was chlorination and heating, but no added water. There was no noticeable chlorine smell, and the water felt soft and gentle on the skin. The amenities were also from SYMPURTE—one of my favorites. The large public bath even had hair oil available, and their original shampoo/conditioner as well as face & body soap had a pleasant aroma that didn’t overpower the Onsen atmosphere. They provided slippers and yukata for our child, and at meals they arranged seating in a tatami room rather than at the counter. They also noticed that I’m left-handed, and even at breakfast the next morning they quietly accommodated me with thoughtful attention. Every detail of their care meant so much—it really showed how closely the staff pay attention to each guest. Onsen quality, amenities, service, cleanliness, meals—everything exceeded our expectations. The beach just a short walk from the Accommodation was wonderful too: not crowded at all. We collected sea glass with our child and watched the sunset—those simple moments became cherished memories of our trip. The baths were never crowded either; most of the time there were only one or two people there besides us, so we could relax comfortably. This is an Accommodation that makes us want not only to return to Awaji Island again—but specifically to stay at Senshin Waho again. Thank you very much.

I first stayed here in January 2026, and this was my second visit. This time I returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white citrus blossoms were in full bloom. I was able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and I was satisfied with both the taste and portion size.

This was my first time in Toi, and I really enjoyed the Onsen—the water quality and temperature were excellent. The staff were very attentive, making for a comfortable stay. The Ryokan’s Facility feels a bit old, but it has charm, which I appreciated. The Onsen was kept very clean, which left a great impression. The Room was also spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly.

I had mistakenly made the Reservation for the wrong dates, but they responded immediately and I was able to stay without any issues. The Room was so clean that it didn’t feel like a smoking Room, and I had a comfortable stay. The value for money was excellent.

We used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my partner's birthday. Before our stay, we had sent a gift in advance, and it was already beautifully set up in the Room upon our arrival. Additionally, we consulted about a surprise beforehand, and despite some timing challenges (I missed the confirmation email after check-in—my apologies for that), the staff assisted us very kindly and thoughtfully, which made us truly happy. We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. On short notice, I booked a same-day stay with No Meals Included. After making the Reservation, I immediately received an email with dining information, even though this Accommodation is originally No Meals Included. I was able to book breakfast and dinner smoothly at restaurants in the Onsen town and for breakfast at a Hotel. It seems many other hotels also encourage guests to stay without meals and dine out in the Onsen town, likely to help revitalize the area. The Hotel has a self-cooking space that appears to have once been a bar counter, equipped with an IH cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, seasonings, tableware, frying pans, and pots—so you can cook for yourself and even make breakfast. There was also a convenience store nearby, and Costco is about 20 minutes away. The Room had been renovated and was clean—a typical standard Japanese-style room. The futon was fluffy as well. The Hotel’s Onsen was a milky white cloudy spring. The included pass for visiting seven other hotels’ Onsens was great fun; every bath I tried had the same cloudy water—absolutely wonderful. With such reasonable rates, I’d like to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and enjoy onsen-hopping at a relaxed pace. Zao Onsen in Yamagata is truly irresistible for onsen lovers.

It is a little far from Fukushima Station (about 15 minutes), but there are also bus services from the station. Dinner and breakfast are provided as part of the service, and I think it offers excellent value for money for business stays.

The Western-style room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a wide variety of dinner options, making it easy to choose. The Shinshu salmon was delicious. The soft-serve ice cream machine was self-serve, and the ice cream was rich and tasty. I’d like to visit again during the autumn foliage season.

I have stayed here several times. Because the hot spring water is drawn from three different sources, the atmosphere changes between the evening bath and the morning bath. Both the front desk and restaurant staff are extremely helpful, which makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
