  • It exceeded my expectations.

    I accidentally dropped my car key and was really panicked, but they sent it right away with just one phone call, which was a huge help. Great value for money, and it wasn’t as far from the station as I expected, so I’d definitely like to stay here again next time.

  • The staff are very kind.

    As others have mentioned, all the staff were kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. Even though the accommodation rate was lower than other hotels, the breakfast was delicious, and I could really feel their efforts. The Hotel is not too far from the station, so it should be fine unless it’s snowing or raining heavily. Some reviews said the train noise was loud, but perhaps because my Room was on the 5th floor, it didn’t bother me at all. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I was a little surprised to see a cemetery directly below, but I could also enjoy a view of Lake Biwa and was satisfied with my stay. I would definitely like to stay again if I have another chance. Thank you very much to all the staff.
