The calm, traditional Japanese-style tatami rooms are ideal for groups and families and come equipped with a humidifying air purifier. The Onsen uses 100% natural spring water with no added water or heating, offering benefits for beautiful skin and weight management, while the large public bath and open-air bath overlook Zao’s magnificent natural scenery.

  • Clean, with excellent hospitality.

    We stayed as a family gathering with relatives, including five preschool children. The entire Accommodation (lobby, Room, etc.) was kept very clean, so our stay was comfortable. Since the children were constantly full of energy, we requested a private dining room for meals. You provided a very spacious room, and the food was refined and delicious, using local ingredients. Everyone’s hospitality was wonderful and welcoming, and we would like to stay here again for our next family gathering.Thank you very much for your thoughtful care in many ways.

Our property is the only one in Togatta Onsen to offer sodium bicarbonate spring water. The gently amber-tinted, silky water is popularly known as the “beauty-skin bath.” The name “Baden” in “Badenya Soho” comes from a spa therapy system passed down in Baden-Baden, Germany. Our first owner founded this inn with the hope that guests would enjoy Togatta’s four seasons through our Onsen and leave feeling healthy in both body and mind. Please take your time and savor our signature Onsen.
