Important Notice About Suspicious Messages
We have confirmed that messages impersonating “Yahoo! Travel” and the Accommodation have been sent to guests who made a Reservation with us, urging them to request a “Reservation Update.”
Please note that we do not use messaging apps such as WhatsApp to contact guests for Check Reservation, payment instructions, or unilateral cancellations. We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this may cause.
If you receive a suspicious message, please be especially careful of the following three points:
- Do not reply to the message
- Do not open any URLs or links in the message
- Do not enter your credit card details or personal information
Regarding this matter, Temairazu Co., Ltd.—the provider of the site controller (a centralized management system for accommodation reservation sites) used by our Accommodation and other Accommodations across the whole country—has announced that unauthorized access may have resulted in some guest information being viewed or obtained.
For details, please check Temairazu Co., Ltd.’s website or contact their dedicated support desk: [Temairazu Dedicated Contact Desk: Emergency Help Desk / Email: helpdesk@temairazu.com].
