This was my second stay since last March. One notable change this time was that the TV had been upgraded to an Android TV (Hisense). At home, I hardly watch terrestrial broadcasts anymore, so being able to watch YouTube in the Room on an Android TV felt refreshingly new—I was really happy about it. That alone makes it worth choosing Kinugawa Royal Hotel. The meals were the usual Itoen style. They’re consistently tasty, but one improvement I’d like to see is a bit more focus on seafood. With tuna cut into tiny pieces in a small dish, it doesn’t feel very satisfying… That said, considering how affordable it is—and with all-you-can-drink included—I can’t really ask for more.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 7/23/2026Itoen Hotels always give me a wonderful stay with their retro atmosphere and consistently courteous service from the staff, no matter which Hotel I choose. What I especially liked about my stay at Kinugawa Royal Hotel was the buffet at dinner and breakfast, where the noodles were set up so you could briefly boil them yourself. The difference between boiling them once and not boiling them is huge—the noodles taste completely different. It was fun, delicious, and truly impressive to enjoy them as if freshly made. Just one thing… what was a bit disappointing was that the Room was extremely cold. There was no air conditioner, and even when I set the old fan-heater-like unit to warm air, it only blew cold air, which made it even colder. So I left everything off, took out an extra comforter from the closet, wrapped myself in it, and moved around the Room like that. Still, overall I was very satisfied, so next time I visit I’ll bring an extra warm layer of clothing. That’s how much this is a Hotel I want to return to again. I would like to express my gratitude and respect for all the staff’s efforts. It became a wonderful memory—thank you very much.
