The pool, the Onsen, and the drinks—everything is truly amazing!
The kids were thrilled with the pool, karaoke, table tennis, and the huge selection of manga!Adults were just as happy with the sauna, drinks, and the Onsen!All Hotel staff were kind and helpful.Mr. T. kindly accommodated our requests during karaoke on the second day and carefully explained the details of our Room, which made us truly happy.I’m sorry I couldn’t thank you properly when we left.This is an Itoen we definitely want to visit again!

Glad to hear that.
We stayed as a family. The private bath was great, but we were a little late for check-in and the time slot we wanted was already booked, which was disappointing. The food and everything else were better than expected. The Room we stayed in was spacious and excellent. We will come again.
