To Our Guests Regarding Measures Against COVID-19 Thank you very much for your continued patronage of the Tokyo West Hotel Group. In response to government requests related to COVID-19, our Hotel is implementing the following measures to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. [Enhanced Hygiene Measures Within the Hotel] ■ We have strengthened disinfection and sanitization throughout the Hotel. ■ Protective splash guards have been installed at the front desk. ■ Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at the front desk, and we ask guests using each Facility to sanitize their hands. [Measures Taken by Hotel Staff] ■ As a general rule, staff wear masks while on duty. ■ Staff regularly check their temperature, wash hands, gargle, and carefully monitor their health. [Guest Health Monitoring] The following guests are asked to agree in advance to special health monitoring and cleaning measures during their stay: ■ At check-in, we request a temperature check as well as information on your previous stay location and next destination. Eligible guests: ・Guests who are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as fever or cough) ・Guests returning from overseas or visiting Japan from abroad Requests: ・If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, shortness of breath, headache, fatigue, or other symptoms, please inform the front desk. If such symptoms occur, we can refer you to institutions designated by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (public health centers; consultation centers for returnees/close contacts; etc.). ・Please measure your temperature daily. ・Unless absolutely necessary, please refrain from leaving your room. If you must leave your room unavoidably, please wear a mask. ・For Multiple Night Stays (2 nights or more), we will refrain from cleaning guest rooms. We will provide hygiene-related linens and amenities; please cooperate by replacing them yourself. ・Depending on circumstances, we may decline Accommodation.
