    This is my third stay at this accommodation. I stayed here for a conference, and the convenience of being in the same area as the venue was unparalleled. Additionally, Sakuramachi Bus Center and shopping centers are located in the same area, making it extremely convenient. The proximity to both downtown and Kumamoto Castle made it an excellent location for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean with a great view, and the breakfast venue was bright. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, each dish was carefully prepared and satisfying. The staff were also very accommodating. I would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Kumamoto!

  • The location is excellent.

    Located in the same building as the bus terminal and concert hall, offering unparalleled convenience. The Room also provides a stunning view of Kumamoto Castle. The lobby has a pleasant fragrance. However, the elevator's slight shaking was a bit unsettling.

    We extend our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by the earthquake that occurred in Kumamoto on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
    Our group operates a Hotel in Kumamoto Prefecture, and since immediately after the earthquake we have been responding with the highest priority on ensuring the safety of our staying guests and employees. At this time, no injuries to guests or employees have been confirmed.

    Regarding the restaurant, which had temporarily suspended operations due to the earthquake’s impact: safety inspections of kitchen equipment and restoration work have now been completed, and we will resume normal operations starting with breakfast service on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
