[Disinfection] We regularly wipe down with alcohol disinfectant areas frequently touched by guests, including guest rooms (doorknobs, remote controls, chairs/tables), the front counter, touch pens and ballpoint pens used at check-in, elevator buttons, etc. [Hand Sanitizer Stations] Hand sanitizer is available in areas such as the lobby, front desk, and in front of the restaurant. [Payments via Tray] Cash payments as well as handovers of credit cards and room keys are conducted via a tray.
