Richmond Hotels will continue to prioritize the health and safety of both guests and employees by working to prevent the spread of infection and implementing appropriate measures based on policies and guidance from the government, local authorities, and relevant organizations.

● Hand sanitizer/disinfectant will be available throughout the building.
-Front Desk / Check-in Procedures-
● Payments such as Accommodation charges can be made by credit card or cash using the payment machine. The front desk also supports cashless payments such as various QR code payments. After each use by a guest, equipment is wiped down with alcohol disinfectant. For cash transactions at the front desk, we use a coin tray.
On our official website, you may also choose online advance card payment when making a Reservation.
● Room keys are disinfected individually before being handed to you.
● If you are feeling unwell, please inform our staff.
We can lend you a thermometer and provide information on nearby hospitals.
Please relax in your guest room
● Glasses and mugs in guest rooms are replaced with sanitized/disinfected items. If you would like disposable cups, please contact the front desk.
● Pajamas, towels, and linens are provided freshly laundered.
● Air quality in the building and guest rooms is maintained in accordance with building maintenance regulations. Guest rooms are ventilated 24 hours a day to continuously bring in fresh air.
● Staff are on-site 24 hours a day.

Breakfast
● Hand sanitizer/disinfectant is available at the entrance to the breakfast venue.
● Seating is arranged with space between tables. Tables and chairs in the dining area are wiped down with disinfectant after each use.
Check-out Procedures
● You can check out using the payment machine; there is no need to stop by the front desk.
