Notice from the Accommodation
The cancellation policy differs for individual use (1 to 14 guests) and group use (15 or more guests).
For group use, a separate group cancellation policy applies.
【Group Cancellation Policy】
No Show: 100%
Same Day: 100% of the accommodation fee for the first night
1 Day Before: 80% of the accommodation fee for the first night
2 to 7 Days Before: 50% of the accommodation fee for the first night
8 to 14 Days Before: 20% of the accommodation fee for the first night

*Even if your reservation is made as an individual (1 to 14 guests), it may be considered as a group reservation if your total stay exceeds 15 days.
*If part of a group reservation is canceled and all of the following conditions are met, no penalty will be charged:
(1) The cancellation is made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
(2) The number of canceled guests does not exceed 10% (rounded up) of the total reserved number.
*If there is a reduction in contract days, only one night's accommodation fee will be charged as a penalty, regardless of how many days are shortened. This applies to what would have been your initial non-stay day due to shortening.
【Request from Hotel】
Please inform us in advance about your arrival time at our hotel. If you expect to arrive more than two hours later than your informed arrival time, please contact us without fail.
If we do not receive any notice and you are significantly delayed beyond your scheduled arrival time, we may cancel your reservation based on our terms and conditions. Thank you for understanding in advance.
