Notice from the Accommodation
Cancellation policies differ for individual stays (1–14 guests) and group stays (15+ guests).
For group stays, the separate group cancellation policy below applies.

No Show: 100%
Same day: 100% of the Accommodation Fee for Day 1
1 day prior: 80% of the Accommodation Fee for Day 1
From 7 days to 2 days prior: 50% of the Accommodation Fee for Day 1
From 14 days to 8 days prior: 20% of the Accommodation Fee for Day 1

Even if your application is for an individual stay (up to 14 guests), it may be treated as a group stay if the total number of reserved nights exceeds 15 nights.
If a Reservation is canceled in part under a group stay, no penalty will be charged only when all of the following conditions are met:
(1) The Reservation is made at least 14 days before the stay date
(2) The number of canceled guests is no more than 10% of the total reserved guests (rounded up)
If the contracted number of nights is shortened, regardless of how many nights are reduced, a penalty will be charged only for the Accommodation Fee for the first night that becomes unused due to the reduction.

Please be sure to inform Hotel of your arrival time. If you will arrive more than two hours later than your stated expected arrival time, please contact us.
If we do not hear from you and you are significantly late beyond your expected arrival time, we may cancel your Reservation in accordance with our accommodation terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
