Notice from the Accommodation
Cancellation policies differ for individual use (1–14 guests) and group use (15+ guests).
For group Reservations, the group cancellation policy below will apply.

No Show: 100%
Same day: 100% of the Accommodation Fee for the first night
1 day prior: 80% of the Accommodation Fee for the first night
From 7 days to 2 days prior: 50% of the Accommodation Fee for the first night
From 14 days to 8 days prior: 20% of the Accommodation Fee for the first night

Even if an application is made as an individual Reservation (1–14 guests), it may be treated as a group Reservation if the total number of reserved nights exceeds 15 nights.
If part of a group Reservation is canceled, no penalty will be charged provided that all of the following conditions are met:
(1) The canceled stay dates are at least 14 days before check-in.
(2) The number of canceled guests is no more than 10% of the total reserved guests (rounded up).
If your contracted length of stay is shortened, regardless of how many nights are reduced, a penalty will be charged only for the Accommodation Fee of the first night that becomes unused due to this shortening.

Please be sure to inform us of your arrival time. If you expect to arrive more than two hours later than your stated arrival time, please contact us. If we do not hear from you and you are significantly late beyond your expected arrival time, we may cancel your Reservation in accordance with our accommodation terms and conditions.
