An ideal location for exploring Shiretoko.
First of all, the location is great. The all-inclusive plan is excellent.The Room was clean and had an open-air bath, a washing machine, a mini kitchen, and a microwave.

Best value for money
I was initially worried due to the lack of good reviews, but the large public bath was clean and comfortable, with a sauna and open-air bath. The meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner, offering Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, as well as options like Genghis Khan barbecue, sashimi, and sushi. It was great to choose according to my mood or condition that day. The breakfast salad was delicious too, with options for both Japanese and Western tastes. The room was spacious with a relaxing private bath. I was pleasantly surprised to find even a washing machine in the room!

Changes to Room Cleaning During a Multiple Night Stay
To help preserve Shiretoko’s rich natural environment for the future, our Hotel will revise the frequency of Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay as part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact. These changes will take effect from October 1, 2026, as outlined below.

Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay
Stays of up to 2 nights: No standard cleaning (bed making, bathroom cleaning, etc.) will be provided during your stay.
Stays of 3 nights or more: Standard cleaning will be provided on the 3rd day and then every other day thereafter.

* On days without cleaning, staff will generally not enter your Room.
* For safety reasons, if luggage is placed on the bed, we may be unable to make the bed.

Even on non-cleaning days, we can provide the following service free of charge upon request:
Please place the “Towel Exchange / Trash Collection Only” magnet on the outside of your door by 10:00 a.m.
Place used towels in the laundry bag and leave it in front of your door.
Place your trash bin in front of your door.
* We will collect items by 3:00 p.m. and provide a fresh towel set in front of your door.
* If both “No Cleaning” and “Towel Exchange / Trash Collection Only” magnets are displayed on a scheduled standard-cleaning day, we will not perform standard cleaning and will provide towel exchange/trash collection only.

Standard cleaning outside the scheduled days is available for JPY 1,500 (tax included) per Room per time.
