    I had reserved a triple room, but one of my companions wasn’t feeling well, and you kindly changed it to a twin and a single. I truly appreciated your support. What’s more, the rate stayed the same—I couldn’t believe it. Thank you very much. I also enjoyed the bath both at night and in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and therefore crowded, but we could check our place in line online, so it wasn’t any hassle. In Otaru, Dormy Inn is the best choice.

    You can now wait in your Room for the breakfast queue, and you will be notified on your smartphone when it's your turn, making it more convenient. However, the breakfast buffet is priced at 3,000 yen, which I found a bit expensive, so I did not use it.

    [1] The men’s and women’s large public baths have been fully renovated! Plus, the sauna now features the long-awaited “auto löyly” system!
    Enjoy a truly blissful moment of relaxation with löyly infused with our original aroma. The women’s bath area has also been expanded with additional washing stations.
    [2] Even greater comfort in all guest rooms!
    We have renewed the air-conditioning and washbasins in every room, and to welcome you in an even cleaner environment, the entire 2nd floor is now non-smoking.
    [3] The 2nd-floor “After-Bath Lounge” has been expanded & massage chairs added!
    In addition to increasing our staff-selected manga collection and updating the layout, we have newly installed complimentary massage chairs so you can unwind at your leisure.

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Dormy Inn.
    Until now, for guests with a WECO Multiple Night Stay Plan (no-cleaning plan), we have provided fresh towels daily by hanging them on the guestroom doorknob.
    However, to support environmental conservation and promote resource circulation, we will partially revise this service starting March 1, 2026.
    Going forward, we will no longer hang towels on the doorknob each day; instead, towels will be provided upon request.
    This initiative is part of our efforts to value resources and reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.
    We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
