At Nest Hotel, we have established guidelines in line with the "new lifestyle" to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. These measures are implemented across all our accommodations.
【Efforts in Public Spaces】
1. Placement of alcohol-based sanitizers throughout the facility
2. Enhanced regular disinfection (door handles, doors, stair railings, elevator buttons, restroom doors, etc.)
3. Strict enforcement of social distancing at the front desk and restaurant
4. Regular ventilation of lobbies and hallways
5. Removal of paper materials such as brochures from lobbies and rooms
【Measures for Staff】
1. Wearing masks during work hours and commuting
2. Health checks upon arrival at work (temperature checks and hand sanitization)
3. Use of masks in back areas with additional alcohol-based sanitizers installed
4. Refraining from unnecessary outings or attending gatherings
〇Accommodation Measures:
To prevent contact or droplet infections, we have implemented the following measures while minimizing staff entry into guest rooms after check-in by suspending certain services:
Check-in/Check-out Procedures:
- Hand sanitization upon check-in and completion of a health check sheet required
- Temperature checks during check-in
- Installation of acrylic boards at front counters
- Use of cash trays for payments
- Replacement with sanitized items such as pens
- Thorough disinfection of elevator buttons after guest use
Room Hygiene Management:
- Alcohol disinfection on frequently touched surfaces like door handles and switches
- Ventilation by opening windows after guest departure
- Replacement with cleaned items such as mugs
- Provision of disposable slippers for guests in each room
- Room cleaning staff will wash hands, gargle, and sanitize before/after cleaning each room
Regarding food service provision: Infection prevention measures are strictly enforced according to each accommodation's offerings.

・We kindly ask for your cooperation in using alcohol-based sanitizer upon arrival to ensure a safe environment within our facility.
・If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately.
・To shorten check-in time, we recommend online pre-payment.
