Boasting one of the largest property areas in Shiga Prefecture, it features luxurious Facilities for an extraordinary stay, including a natural grass dog run of over 500 m², a pool, sauna, and open-air bath.

The latest barrel sauna and relaxation chairs
Our barrel sauna, built with the latest materials, retains heat exceptionally well, and its cave-like interior creates a truly special relaxation experience. After your sauna session, take a refreshing dip in the pool and unwind on the lounge chairs in the outdoor cooling area.
A Semi-Open-Air Bath Spacious Enough for Large Groups / A Shigaraki-Yaki Open-Air Bath
We offer a spacious semi-open-air bath that can be comfortably enjoyed even by two adults. The open-air bath features Shigaraki ware, a specialty of Shiga Prefecture, for a distinctive and atmospheric bathing experience.
Pool
We offer a full-size 6 m × 3 m swimming pool. Children’s swim rings are also provided, so the whole family can enjoy it. It’s also perfect as a cold plunge after the sauna.
Fire Pit
A fire pit is provided to enhance your evenings. Firewood and fire starters are also available free of charge, so you can enjoy a special time gathered around the flickering flames.
One of Shiga Prefecture’s largest private dog runs—an expansive space of approximately 500 m². A wide-open area where even large dogs can run freely, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
The entrance features double doors, and a fence over 2.5 meters high surrounds the property. This provides a safe, spacious environment where your dog can relax and roam freely. We also offer a full range of dog amenities, including pee pads and pet wipes.
A covered BBQ area is available so you can enjoy your time comfortably even on rainy days. The BBQ grill is a safe, easy-to-use electric grill, making it simple for first-time guests to enjoy a BBQ with ease.
We offer a wide variety of recreational items for groups to enjoy, from children to adults, including a table tennis set. We also provide pool floats and water guns—please feel free to use them to make great memories during your stay.
Equipped with a trampoline that kids will love. We also provide play equipment so children can have fun even during the colder months.
Lake Biwa is just about a 10-second walk from the villa. At sunset, a beautiful view unfolds, letting you enjoy a truly special resort experience.
