MAISON D:E VACANCES Jogashima is designed with the concept of a small suite room aboard a grand cruise ship, envisioning the entire Jogashima Island and Misaki Port area as the ship itself. Step outside your room, and you'll find the sea, beaches, mountains, a charming port town, and delightful restaurants. Enjoy your vacation as if you were on a cruise trip. The interior is adorned with marine-style lighting reminiscent of luxurious cruise ships, such as Le Klint fixtures, creating a nautical ambiance. The dining room is styled like a ship crew's dining area. On clear days with crisp air, you can even catch a view of Mount Fuji. There are two living rooms: one by the terrace and another where you can relax at night with a large projector. Make the most of your day and enjoy every moment to the fullest.

Our Property is a Vacation Rental, not a Hotel or Ryokan. As the entire Facility is rented out, after providing an explanation of the Room at check-in, there will be no concierge or similar services available. Those seeking Hotel-like services may not find this Property satisfactory. Please refrain from making a Reservation if this is a concern.
Please make sure to read the FAQ URL included in the email sent after you Complete the Reservation, which provides details about amenities and the Facility. If you have any questions after making a Reservation, we are available via email or phone for urgent inquiries.
Due to the proximity to the sea, we conduct regular maintenance to address salt damage. However, in the event of disasters such as strong winds, heavy rain, or typhoons, there may be Facility issues that cannot be immediately resolved. In such cases, we may be forced to Cancel the Reservation.
We may provide information about other Properties in our group or nearby accommodations, or request a change to a different date.
Unlike general Hotels, there are no alternative Rooms available.
Please note that we cannot provide compensation for damages in cases where the Facility becomes unusable due to force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
