It was the first in Kyushu to be designated as an "Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings." We have transformed these historic samurai residences into luxurious and clean Properties. Fully renovated, they offer spacious and relaxing environments. Katsume-tei is a Property in the style of a samurai residence, famous for its karesansui-style garden, designated as a scenic spot by Miyazaki Prefecture. Goya-tei is a Property converted from the nagaya-mon gate of a mid-level retainer's residence. In the doma (earthen floor area), a modern kitchen Facility coexists with a traditional Japanese kamado stove called "Okudosan." Perched on a hill, the "Castle Town View Sauna" is now OPEN! Exclusively for guests, you can enjoy a completely private outdoor sauna. On the outdoor deck overlooking the samurai residences of the castle town "Obi," you can experience the ultimate relaxation. *The sauna is available for 3,300 yen (tax included) per person for a 2-hour session.

Nazuna Kyoto Gosho

Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki-dori
Opened in April 2020, enjoy a relaxing stay in a townhouse over 110 years old. Located in a corner near Shijo Omiya, "Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki Street" is a Ryokan with 23 rooms, created by renovating an approximately 1,400 square meter L-shaped alley lined with townhouses over 110 years old. The reception building, which serves as the entrance, features a deep and traditional Kyoto-style design, functioning not only as a welcoming space for guests but also as a pathway connecting the outside world to the unique realm of "Tsubaki Street." Once you pass through the reception building, you will find a streetscape reminiscent of an old hanamachi (geisha district), isolated from the outside world. The stone-paved streets are illuminated by lanterns and standing lights as dusk falls, adding a touch of elegance to "Tsubaki Street."
Nazuna Obi Castle Town Onsen
Our establishment is an Onsen Ryokan renovated from a main house (approximately 350㎡) and a separate barn (approximately 45㎡) located in the Obi castle town, with a history of over 140 years. All rooms feature private open-air Onsen baths and are adorned with interiors themed around Obi's characteristics, such as 'Murasaki', 'Moss', and 'Cedar'.

If you are coming straight to Obi as quickly as possible, we recommend the expressway. If you would like to enjoy sightseeing along the way—such as Udo Shrine or Sun Messe Nichinan—the Nichinan Coast route is recommended.
