While retaining traditional features such as the exterior with senbon-goshi lattice and mushiko-mado windows, and a living room with a view of the courtyard garden through yukimi-shoji sliding doors, the kitchen, bathroom, and other water-related Facilities have been completely updated for ease of use and added comfort. ■Important Notes for Your Stay■
1. As this is a historic wooden building, open flames are strictly prohibited and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Facility.
2. This is a private townhouse rental, so staff are not on-site at all times. An emergency contact number is registered on the dedicated mobile phone; please contact us in case of emergency and we will assist you promptly.
3. This Accommodation is a renovated traditional townhouse that was originally used as a private residence. There are neighboring buildings, and local residents live nearby. Please be especially considerate during your stay.
4. Depending on how the Facility is used, we may request improvements to the manner of use. If no improvement is observed, we may ask you to leave the Room/Accommodation without notice. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Details such as check-in instructions will be sent to you again after your Reservation.
6. This Accommodation is licensed under Japan’s Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for one night. (Please bring your own loungewear such as yukata/robes.)
7. All fixtures and items inside the Facility are free to use; however, some items may be fragile because traditional fittings and antique pieces are used as part of the interior décor. Please handle them with care.
8. If anything is damaged or malfunctions, please inform us without fail. For minor damage, we will cover repair costs; however, if we determine that the damage is significant and repairs require substantial expense, you may be asked to pay the actual costs regardless of intent or negligence.
