    Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

  • A luxurious stay in a shabby-chic mansion reminiscent of Southern Europe

    Since my second-year junior high school daughter will be entering exam season this April, we won’t be able to travel for a while, so we went on what felt like our last trip of the year. Our kids are in their first year of high school and second year of junior high, so they weren’t very enthusiastic at first, but once we stepped inside THE HOUSE, they got excited by how stylish and luxurious it was and really enjoyed the villa. We chose a Plan with BBQ included, so we were able to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace while looking out at the ocean. However, it was a bit too much food for our family, so we put the leftovers in an insulated cooler bag and took them home. We recommend bringing an insulated cooler bag. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying trip. We’d love to stay again as a family.

    As the Accommodation is located right in front of the ocean, we carry out maintenance as needed to prevent salt damage; however,
    in the event of Facility issues caused by disasters such as strong winds, heavy rain, or typhoons,
    restoration may not be possible immediately.
    In such cases, we may have no choice but to cancel your reservation.
    We may introduce other affiliated Accommodations or nearby Accommodations,
    or ask you to change your stay to a different date.
    Unlike a typical Hotel, this is an entire home rental, so no alternative Room is available.
    If you are unable to use the Facility due to such force majeure circumstances,

From the Zuyo Shindo “Zushi Interchange,” head toward Morito Beach. Turn left onto National Route 207 and continue toward Isshiki Beach. After passing around Morito Shrine, you will see a white building on the right (ocean side) about 200 meters ahead.


Get off at Zushi Station on the JR Yokosuka Line. Take the bus bound for Hayama via the coast and get off at “Morito Jinja” bus stop; it is a 2-minute walk.
*JR Zushi Station: Bus Terminal Stop No. 3 (straight ahead after exiting the ticket gates)
*Bus routes:
・Zushi 12 to Hayama (Isshiki)
・Zushi 11 to Hayama Town Welfare & Culture Hall
*Buses to “Azarie” from the same Stop No. 3 do not go to “Morito Jinja.”
