  • Exceptional hospitality

    I stayed in a newly renovated Room, and it was wonderful. The in-room perks were excellent. In particular, the all-you-can-eat gelato was an incredibly generous service—perfect after the Onsen—and I enjoyed trying many different flavors. Everything was delicious. The pre-dinner aperitif can be chosen from the menu, and the lounge coffee machine is truly high-quality, so I used it many times. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were very satisfying, and what impressed me most was the staff. There were many young team members, but everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. Some staff members spent a long time chatting with elderly guests because they were approached for conversation, yet they responded without showing any displeasure at all—I was genuinely impressed. You can also enjoy two different types of Onsen water, and I think this Accommodation offers excellent value for money. I will definitely return again. Thank you very much for taking such great care of me.

  • The comfort of falli...

    The comfort of falling asleep while gazing at the stars. The bed sheets also felt like towels and were very pleasant.Since it’s in the mountains, I wasn’t expecting much from the meals, but everything was delicious.All of the male staff who served us were friendly, and their smiles were wonderful.It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again in a different season.

Notice from the Accommodation

  • [Important] Regarding the breakdown of the white Onsen pump

    On the morning of September 17, the pump for our main “White Onsen” malfunctioned. We sincerely apologize for the prolonged inconvenience.

    We are pleased to inform you that restoration is now in sight, and we will carry out pump replacement work on October 6 and 7. We plan to resume offering the “White Onsen” from October 8.

    During the construction period (through October 7), all baths will continue to use Simple Onsen. From October 8 onward, you will be able to fully enjoy our signature White Onsen.

    We again apologize for the inconvenience caused over this extended period.
    We would be grateful if you could look forward to its reopening.

    Shiga Kogen is a place where you can feel the soothing embrace of the forest in every season.

    The season when the mountains turn red and golden has arrived. Around our property, the autumn leaves are usually at their best from mid-October to around the third week of October. Please note that timing may vary depending on weather conditions, so be sure to check the latest foliage updates before your visit.

    Shiga Kogen is a vast highland area spanning elevations from 1,300 m to 2,300 m. The leaves begin changing color first at higher elevations, and from late September through early November you can enjoy autumn colors for an extended period by visiting different areas. The brocade-like mountains viewed while soaking in a milky-white Onsen will surely become an unforgettable memory.
