In accordance with the "Accommodation Guidelines for COVID-19 Response" effective from June 5, we are operating under new measures to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff. While some services may not be available as before, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Please refrain from traveling if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, cough, sore throat, or fever.
2. Guests feeling unwell may be denied accommodation even with a reservation.
3. Please wear a mask upon entering the facility as part of cough etiquette.
4. When wearing indoor slippers or geta sandals in the facility, please use tabi socks (one pair will be provided per guest).
[Facility-Wide Measures]
1. All staff will undergo health checks and practice thorough handwashing and disinfection protocols.
2. Staff will wear masks to prevent infection spread.
3. Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed throughout the facility.
4. High-touch surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned regularly.
5. Ventilation in all areas including dining spaces will be ensured.
