[Preventive Measures Against the Spread of COVID-19 at Our Ryokan] In accordance with the "Accommodation Guidelines for COVID-19 Response" effective from June 5, we are operating under new measures to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff. While some services may not be available as before, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. [Requests to All Guests] 1. Please refrain from traveling if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, cough, sore throat, or fever. 2. Guests feeling unwell may be denied accommodation even with a reservation. 3. Please wear a mask upon entering the facility as part of cough etiquette. 4. When wearing indoor slippers or geta sandals in the facility, please use tabi socks (one pair will be provided per guest). [Facility-Wide Measures] 1. All staff will undergo health checks and practice thorough handwashing and disinfection protocols. 2. Staff will wear masks to prevent infection spread. 3. Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed throughout the facility. 4. High-touch surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned regularly. 5. Ventilation in all areas including dining spaces will be ensured. 6. To maintain social distancing in shared spaces, tables and chairs have been reduced. 7 Some regular facility services may be suspended without prior notice. [Check-In] 1. For guests arriving by train: The shuttle bus service is suspended during June; please walk from the station instead. 2. For guests arriving by car: You may need to wait in your vehicle if check-in becomes crowded. 3. Entry will not be permitted for those without masks. 4.Please cooperate with hand sanitization upon entry into the building. 5.Guidance on facilities and rooms will be provided in written form. [Dining Area & Meal Service] 1.Please sanitize your hands when entering dining areas. 2.Staff visits to private dining rooms will be minimized (meal content remains unchanged). [Check-Out] 1.Payment should ideally take place within each room; only key return is required at check-out.
