Relax with soothing views of unspoiled nature from every guest room, and unwind in the natural Onsen “Kahada-no-Yu.” [Dinner] Seasonal Kaiseki A kaiseki course featuring pork dishes and sashimi. Seasonal ingredients are generously used in fried items, lidded dishes, vinegared dishes, dessert, and more. The salt-grilled seasonal river fish raised in the clear streams unique to this area is also exceptionally flavorful.
