  • I’d love to stay here again.

    This was our second stay at Wanwan Paradise, following our visit to Toba. It is quite deep in the mountains, and there were no signs until we got close, so we were worried we were heading the right way. Surrounded by nature, we could enjoy a relaxing walk, and there is also a dog run right in front of the Hotel. Perhaps because there weren’t many guests, it felt like we had it all to ourselves while we were using it. The front desk staff told us we might be able to see fireflies, and when we walked along the dark road at night, we were able to see them for the first time in a long while. The Room was spacious, and we could relax in the Onsen as well. Dinner was at 7:00 PM, so since we arrived early, it felt like a long wait. Service seemed a little slow, but everything was delicious. We would like to stay again.

    There seemed to be a limited number of staff, and the only disappointment this time was that the drinks we ordered at mealtimes took quite a while to arrive.Other than that, the food was delicious, the Onsen was relaxing and pleasant, and the staff were very courteous, so both we and our dog had a comfortable stay.We would definitely like to visit again.Thank you very much.
