Because these are popular dates, enjoy an extra-luxurious dining experience. ■ Meals (Dinner & Breakfast included) Both dinner and breakfast are served at our restaurant “Herbage,” featuring the Hotel’s signature buffet with seasonal ingredients. Choose freely from over 70 items including Japanese and Western dishes, local specialties, desserts, and more. - Dinner start times are assigned in order of arrival. - If you prefer an earlier or later time, please contact the Hotel in advance. *Please note we may not be able to accommodate all requests.     The meal was delicious.

    Thank you to the staff for your hard work during this busy period. However, I would like to share a few concerns from this stay. At check-in, my guest card could not be found, and I was asked, “Did you have a Reservation today?” After confirming on the computer that my Reservation existed, several staff members searched around and eventually brought the guest card from behind the front desk. It is standard practice to confirm arriving guests before check-in begins, and I feel it is discourteous to ask a guest whether they made a Reservation before first checking your records. The large public bath had lockers with keys, which was reassuring from a security standpoint. What concerned me was that the woven floor mats were badly worn. Appearance is important as well. At dinner, when I ordered a drink from the non-alcohol menu, I was told, “This drink contains alcohol.” If it contains alcohol, shouldn’t it be removed from the non-alcohol menu? At checkout, I was charged for items other than the drink ordered at dinner. When I asked for confirmation, I was told there were receipts. After checking, it turned out another guest’s receipt had been included as well. This should not happen if room numbers and signatures are properly verified. Seeing overseas staff providing polite service made this experience especially disappointing.
