Staff members who feel unwell will not report to work. - All staff will wear masks. We apologize for not being able to greet you with full smiles. - We regularly disinfect guest Rooms, public spaces, doorknobs, handrails, and other areas. - Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed throughout the Property and in all guest Rooms. Please use them for frequent hand sanitization. 【Welcoming and Sending Off Guests】 - During potentially busy times such as check-in and check-out, we ventilate the lobby area by opening windows. - Payments will be handled in your Room instead of the lobby. - The Shuttle Service vehicles are ventilated and disinfected after each use. During the Shuttle Service, we will keep the windows slightly open for ventilation. - Welcome drinks upon arrival will be served in your Room. 【Meals】 - Meals can be enjoyed safely in your Room. Please pair them with local sake and enjoy. - During meal service, the Room attendants will wear masks. 【Preparation of the Property and Rooms】 - Our Property accommodates only two groups at a time, ensuring minimal contact with other guests for a safe and comfortable stay. - Each Room is equipped with a "J.air" air purifier, which uses negative ions and ozone to sterilize, remove dust, deodorize, and activate the air. 【Requests to Guests】 - Guests who have traveled abroad within the past three weeks are kindly requested to refrain from staying. - Please wear a mask when entering the Property. - We request your cooperation with temperature checks upon entry. - Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or symptoms such as coughing, are kindly asked to refrain from staying. - If you are feeling unwell (symptoms such as fever, cough, loss of taste, fatigue, etc.), please do not hesitate to consult with us about postponing or canceling your stay before your arrival. - Elderly guests, those with underlying health conditions, and pregnant guests are advised to make careful decisions based on information from relevant organizations. - Please wear a mask when using shared spaces. - If you feel unwell during your stay, please contact the Room attendant or the front desk.
