【For Guests Visiting the Property】 - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer upon entering the Property. - On the day of your stay, we kindly ask you to check your temperature in advance. *If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or symptoms such as fatigue, we may decline your stay. - If you experience symptoms such as fever or cough, or feel unwell during your stay, please inform the front desk immediately. - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol-based sanitizer when entering dining venues (restaurants, banquet halls). 【Check-In, Check-Out, and Front Desk Counter】 - A vinyl curtain has been installed at the check-in counter as a measure to prevent droplet transmission. - The check-in counter is regularly cleaned and wiped down with alcohol-based sanitizer. - Payments will be handled using a tray for exchange. - Markers have been placed in waiting areas during check-in and check-out to ensure proper spacing (social distancing). 【For Our Staff】 - All employees measure their temperature before reporting to work, and those with a fever of 37°C or higher are prohibited from working. - Front desk staff and dining venue staff wear masks while preparing and serving guests. - Staff wear disposable gloves when preparing meals and may also wear them when serving meals to guests. Thank you for your understanding. - Employees are required to wash hands and gargle frequently, including upon arrival, after going out, before meals, and during breaks between guest interactions. - Alcohol-based sanitizer is placed at the employee entrance, and all staff are required to sanitize their hands when entering or exiting the Property. - Employees are instructed to refrain from non-essential outings both during and outside of working hours. - Employees monitor the health of their family members, and if anyone in their household is unwell, the employee is prohibited from working. 【Dining Venues and Meal Service】 - Breakfast will no longer be served in a buffet style and will instead be provided as a Japanese set menu. - All staff are required to sanitize their hands with alcohol-based sanitizer when serving meals. - Meals prepared in advance on tables will be covered with plastic wrap to prevent droplet transmission. 【Measures in the Public Bath】 - To maintain distance between guests, certain rows of baskets in the changing area will not be available for use. - The sauna, which is difficult to ventilate and poses a higher risk of infection, will be closed. - After using the public bath, we kindly ask guests to rinse areas such as faucet knobs, shower handles, wash basins, stools, and amenity bottles with hot water. 【Measures in Public Spaces】 - Disinfection is carried out in shared spaces (lobby, restrooms, dining venues, public baths, shops, game corners, karaoke rooms, late-night snack areas, vending machines, etc.), focusing on frequently touched surfaces such as switches and doorknobs. 【Cleaning Within the Property】 - Various areas within the Property (doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, etc.) are disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizer. - Disinfected slippers are provided in guest rooms.
