A Luxurious Escape at the Foot of Mt. Hakusan 〜Enjoy Mountain-Foot Cuisine Found Only Here〜

An auberge—the first in Hakusan City—opened in late December 2025. This mountain auberge is the relocated and newly opened home of the French restaurant “Restaurant N,” which operated in Kanazawa for 10 years. Blessed by the mountains, rivers, land, and sea nourished by abundant snowmelt from sacred Mt. Hakusan, we offer Hakusan foothills French cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients from across Ishikawa Prefecture, centered on the local Hakusan foothills—personally sourced by our chef. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, enjoy a slow and slightly special time here. The restaurant mainly features counter seating at a semi-open kitchen. Limited to three groups per day, our Accommodation building offers an entire private cabin-style cottage with panoramic views of Mt. Hakusan.
