Stays from Nov 2026 onward Teppanyaki begins at a counter overlooking the Genkai Sea—an immersive dining experience filled with sound and aroma as carefully selected ingredients are prepared right before your eyes. After arrival, unwind with welcome food and drinks. 19:00: Please proceed to the teppanyaki counter. The sound of the flame, the aroma, the heat—an extraordinary time for all five senses begins. Enjoy drink pairings selected to match each dish, then return to your Room after dinner for sweets and a lingering afterglow. The next morning, we will serve breakfast featuring rice cooked in a traditional kama pot and seasonal fish. From welcome treats to dinner, late-night bites, and breakfast—please enjoy every moment.
