[Dinner: Umi no Za / Sushi Counter 17:00–] This 1-night, 2-meal Plan lets you savor the seasonal flavors of Itoshima and Fukuoka at a stunning sushi counter overlooking the Genkai Sea. For dinner, enjoy an omakase course at the ocean-view sushi counter “Umi no Za,” featuring recommended fresh fish of the day and seasonal ingredients. Watch our chefs craft each piece right before your eyes and indulge in a gourmet experience unique to THE SHIKAKA. The next morning, we will serve a seasonal breakfast featuring ingredients from Itoshima and Kyushu. Enjoy a calm seaside morning. [Important Information] - The sushi counter is available for parties of 1 to 4 guests. - For parties of 5 or more, please make a Reservation for the “Private Room Plan.” - The sushi counter is available to guests of elementary school age and older. - Guests traveling with preschool children are kindly asked to use the Private Room Plan. You can choose your preferred course when making your Reservation. [Umi Omakase “Tsumande” Course] A standard course recommended for those who would like to casually enjoy sushi and seasonal delicacies. - Umi Omakase assortment (5 items) - Itoshima egg chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard) - One chef’s choice dish - 10 pieces of sushi + chef’s choice - Ara-jiru (fish soup) - Matcha warabi mochi * Depending on weather or sea conditions, live squid may not be available; in that case, it will be replaced with seasonal sashimi. * Menu items may change depending on season and market availability. ■ Breakfast We will prepare a “Shunsai Ju” boxed breakfast featuring small portions of seasonal ingredients.
