Stays from Nov 2026 onward Teppanyaki begins at a counter overlooking the Genkai Sea—an immersive dining experience filled with sound and aroma as carefully selected ingredients are expertly prepared right before your eyes. After arrival, unwind with welcome food and drinks. At 17:00, head to the teppanyaki counter. The sound of the flame, the aroma, the heat—an extraordinary time for all five senses begins. Enjoy drink pairings curated to match each dish, then savor a sweet finish back in your Room. The next morning, we will serve breakfast featuring rice cooked in a traditional kama pot and seasonal fish. From welcome treats to dinner, late-night bites, and breakfast—please enjoy every moment to your heart’s content.
