  • I’m glad I stayed here. Very satisfied.

    Because it was directly connected to the station, we stayed for two nights with breakfast only. I’ve stayed at many Accommodations and visit Karuizawa about once a year, but this trip was especially wonderful—we could enjoy shopping and dining at our own pace without worrying about time.Breakfast was delivered in a basket to the entrance after a knock, and it was plentiful and delicious. Being able to enjoy it at my own pace without watching the clock was the best.The Room interior and overall space were so relaxing that we lost track of time—unlike any Hotel I’ve ever experienced. The herbal bath and lounge were also spacious, with an impressive variety of drinks, allowing us to unwind comfortably.We visited for my husband’s birthday trip, and we truly appreciate that you prepared a celebratory gift for us. Thank you very much. We definitely plan to return.Lastly, since we sometimes re-wear outerwear such as jackets or shawls during our stay, it would be helpful if there were a deodorizing spray (like Febreze). The hand soap and body cream had great quality and fragrance, so something with a similar scent would be wonderful.

  • Wonderful Hotel

    This summer, we decided to travel from hot Tokyo to Karuizawa, and while searching for a Hotel, we found HACIENDA, which had just opened, and stayed there.It’s directly connected to the station, which is very convenient.As soon as we stepped inside, it was quiet and beautifully designed; the warmth and scent of the wood were truly soothing.The Room was clean, spotless, and spacious—an extremely comfortable space.The welcome herbal tea was delicious.The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly.The amenities were also so cute that they lifted my mood.We could use the adjacent spa and lounge as many times as we wanted during our stay—what a wonderful Accommodation perk!My husband said the sauna and bath were amazing and went in again and again.We’ve been saying as a couple, “We want to make this our go-to place for summer trips.”Not only in summer—we’d love to visit again in a different season.All of the staff were kind with just the right level of attentiveness.I usually get tired from staying at Hotels, but here I was able to relax without feeling drained.Thank you very much for all your thoughtful care.
