Renewal Opening on March 20, 2025

A hot spring Hotel with breathtaking views over downtown Atami and Sagami Bay. Atami Onsen, said to date back to the Nara period, is one of Japan’s leading hot spring resorts. Its mild climate and beautiful nature bring peace and relaxation to every visitor. Perched on a hill above downtown Atami, our Accommodation offers guest rooms all with private balconies. The golden sunrise and deep-blue sea seen from your balcony are truly unforgettable. For dining, choose from a dinner buffet featuring around 90 Japanese and Western dishes or an authentic Japanese course meal.

  • Our first trip with our one-year-old was nerve-wracking, but we stayed here with peace of mind. First, the meals: we used the buffet, and there were plenty of options for babies and toddlers, as well as a very satisfying selection for adults. The Room was wonderful, and there was also a play area for children, so we could relax and enjoy our stay. After returning home, we realized we had left our child’s favorite picture book behind. When we contacted you, it was found right away, and we truly appreciate your prompt help. We would love to stay again next time with everyone.

  • This was our first time staying here. The Room had a great view, and the size was just right. We usually have one person sleeping on a futon, so it was nice that everyone had a bed this time.Meals were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—especially the steak, which was tender and very tasty. However, the serving spoon for the omurice had rice stuck all over it, which put me off a bit, so I deducted one star.We missed out on the late-night soba, so we’d like to stay again if we have another chance. All three of us left very satisfied.

  • [Atami Kinomiya Shrine] Kodama Project

If you’re visiting Atami, head to Kinomiya Shrine in summer! A tour of local power spots

Kinomiya Shrine has long been worshipped as a deity of good fortune and auspicious connections. Beside the main hall stands a sacred camphor tree—designated a National Natural Monument—estimated to be 2,100 years old with a trunk circumference of 24 meters, and it is also famous as a spiritual power spot. It is said that walking around the trunk once adds one year to your life, drawing many visitors who pray for longevity, recovery from illness, and good health. Another belief says that if you circle the tree once without telling anyone your wish, your wish will come true.
