    The view is stunning.

The view of Lake Suwa from the window was wonderful. We could also clearly see the fireworks at night from our Room. The weekday fireworks were a pleasant surprise! The service was excellent. If I had to be picky, I wish the large public bath also had an open-air bath... As for the morning pickles bar, sorry, I don’t eat pickles very often... I’d be happy if there were one more item besides pickles...

    Excellent

The moment we entered the Room, the children cheered. It was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. At night, we could enjoy fireworks over Lake Suwa right in front of us, filling the entire window. The meals featured local Shinshu ingredients and were uniquely delicious. All the staff were friendly and truly professional. We made wonderful family memories here. Thank you very much.
