  • It was a relaxing and comfortable resort.

    It was beautifully maintained, and I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The Diamond Member benefits were excellent, and the service and attentiveness were outstanding—I truly felt your hospitality. One suggestion: it would have been helpful to have amenities fully stocked in the Onsen area and a towel collection box, though I understand this from an eco-friendly perspective. Please continue making this an even more wonderful Facility—I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

  • We had a wonderful stay.

    I had a wonderful stay here last winter, so this was my second visit, this time in summer. I didn’t know in advance, but by chance there was a gospel performance during my stay, and I enjoyed both the daytime and evening sets while having drinks. Not only could I relax in the Hotel, but I also got to spend an unexpectedly fun time! I hope there will be more events like this in the future!

Mercure Urabandai Resort & Spa is a Hotel located in the Bandai Highlands within Bandai-Asahi National Park, offering views of Mt. Bandai. It is conveniently situated as a base for year-round activities such as skiing, trekking, and canoeing amid the rich natural surroundings of Urabandai. Goshikinuma Ponds, formed by past volcanic eruptions, are about an 8-minute walk away. The Hotel is also an ideal base for sightseeing in Fukushima, including the historic Aizu region.
