    I’ve stayed at many Hotels in Hokkaido, including many within the same group, and this one stands out as the best by far!!Above all, the service is outstanding. With an all-inclusive plan, the Room service is excellent and everything was brought to us promptly. They even made rice we couldn’t finish at dinner into onigiri and delivered dessert to our Room, which truly made us happy. Even though we ordered a bit too much, we were so full that I couldn’t eat the onigiri they kindly prepared for us—I really regret that… I’m sorry.It was such a wonderful stay that one night wasn’t nearly enough. Thank you very much for a lovely time.

  • It was excellent.

    From the warm welcome upon arrival and guidance to the Room to the attentive service during meals, the hospitality was exceptional and made our stay very comfortable.We were extremely satisfied with the view from the Room, the open-air bath, and how clean everything was.We were also very pleased that many items in the refrigerator and much of the room service were available at no additional charge.
