We would like to inform you of our efforts to ensure that you can stay with peace of mind and kindly ask for your cooperation. ■ Hygiene within the Property - During cleaning, we regularly disinfect frequently touched areas with alcohol or sodium hypochlorite and ventilate the Property as needed. - Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed in various locations to create an environment that is easy for guests to use. ■ Requests to Guests - Please wear a mask except when in your Room or during meals. - To ensure a safe stay, alcohol disinfectant sprays are provided in the Rooms and at the front desk for your use. - If you have a fever or feel unwell before departure or during your journey, please do not hesitate to cancel your reservation. - If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff. In such cases, we may take your temperature, and we ask for your understanding. ■ Thorough Hygiene Management for Staff - Staff are required to gargle, wash hands, and disinfect hands with alcohol thoroughly. - Staff are required to wear masks. - Staff undergo temperature checks before and upon arrival at work, and those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or feeling unwell are not allowed to work.
