A Japanese-modern Property opened in 2017. In addition to Kinsen, we also have our own Ginsen source, making it one of the few Properties where you can enjoy both Kinsen and Ginsen. For dinner, enjoy a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine prepared with carefully selected ingredients by our chef, served at the restaurant. We offer a variety of relaxation options, including spa treatments within the Property and massages in your Room. Indulge in fine dining and Onsen, and enjoy a relaxing stay that satisfies all your senses. We also have Rooms with private Onsen featuring a blend of Kinsen and Ginsen. * Please note that due to the structure of the building, there are about 20 steps at the entrance and a staircase of one floor to access the Rooms. * Children under 12 years old are not permitted.

  • We had a great time.

    As we did last year, we stayed again this year for our cousins’ trip. Unfortunately, the weather was bad last year, but this year it was sunny, so we decided to definitely use Choraku’s pool. At check-in, we enjoyed delicious tea and sweets in the lounge, then rested a bit in our Room before heading to Choraku. We went into the pool (there were lots of children, but we still enjoyed it), and then used Choraku’s open-air bath. After returning, it was time for dinner.The meal was delicious again this time. The main dish at dinner was venison, which had no gamey smell and tasted great. There were also various drinks that paired well with the food, and this time we ordered the wine pairing. The price was very reasonable.After dinner we took a short break, then went back to Choraku to enjoy a mini concert. After returning, we had a nightcap in the lounge, took another bath, and went to bed. In the morning we woke up slowly, took another bath, and then had breakfast.This time we could choose between Japanese-style or Western-style breakfast; since the bread served here is incredibly good, we chose Western-style and asked for all types of bread so the three of us could share a little of each. We had tea in the lounge again, returned to our Room to pack up our belongings—and then it was already time to check out.The staff were pleasant, the Room was clean and comfortable—an easy Hotel to relax in—and since you can also enjoy Choraku’s Facilities and events as well, there’s plenty to do. We had another wonderful stay this time too. We’re planning our cousins’ trip here again next year as well—thank you in advance.

  • Absolutely flawless!

    I stayed for one night starting on Saturday after work. It was a truly satisfying stay in every way—hospitality, service, meals, Onsen, and baths—all of which helped me forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Since Arima Onsen is close to Kobe, I often visit for day trips, but this reminded me that if you have an Accommodation like this with nothing to complain about, staying overnight is definitely the better choice. The only drawback was that there were quite a few stairs, which I assume can’t be helped due to the location. Still, it’s an Accommodation I would absolutely like to return to.

Hand sanitization at check-in. 3. Suspension of self-service drinks in the lounge; staff will serve beverages. 4. Breakfast buffet replaced with set menu service. 5.
