  • All the hospitality staff had wonderful smiles. Everyone was young, and I was surprised that they were all so good-looking. Their knowledge of the services, including the cuisine, was impressive, and they provided a truly relaxing and calming experience. It felt like most of them were local young people. The complimentary afternoon tea served from around 2:30 p.m. was outstanding—Japanese-style flavors made with local ingredients, and absolutely delicious.Dinner was a delight for the eyes as well, with artistic presentation on every plate. It featured plenty of premium local ingredients, and everything was excellent. We also enjoyed the private bath at a leisurely pace. Making a Reservation was easy. In addition, the in-room bath always had fresh Onsen water flowing—perfect for Onsen lovers.
