  • Thank you for your hospitality during the New Year holidays. We thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen we were looking forward to, and the meals at the Hotel were plentiful, allowing us to start the year in a relaxed manner and have a wonderful New Year's experience. On our way home, I accidentally left my smartphone on the Hotel limousine bus, but despite the light snow from the previous night still lingering, you promptly delivered it to us in time for our scheduled train. We are truly grateful for your assistance. I am convinced that this is a Hotel everyone would want to visit again, and I was deeply impressed by how justified its fully booked status is.
