Information on the Free Shuttle Service
Guests staying at the Hotel may use our complimentary Shuttle Service between Karuizawa Station and the Hotel. Please make a Reservation by phone or email in advance.
■ Pick-up from JR Karuizawa Station
Advance Reservation is required. Reservations are accepted by phone or email.

* When making a Reservation, please provide your stay date(s), Primary Guest name, preferred pick-up time, and pick-up location (Karuizawa Station North Exit or South Exit).
* During peak periods, the North Exit may be very crowded; we may ask you to use the South Exit instead.
■ Drop-off from the Hotel to the station
Reservations are not accepted for drop-off service from the Hotel to the station.
Once you are ready to depart, please inform the front desk staff or driver.
* If we are assisting other guests at that time, departure will be after we return, so you may need to wait.
■ Important Notes
- This is a complimentary service for in-house guests only; we cannot provide Shuttle Service for non-staying visitors.
- We operate only between the Hotel and Karuizawa Station (nearest station). We cannot accommodate other destinations.
- As we operate with one vehicle, capacity is limited to a maximum of 7 passengers. If multiple requests overlap, service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and you may share the vehicle with other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
- If your arrival time changes significantly due to train delays or cancellations, please be sure to contact the Hotel.
- Please let us know in advance if you have a large amount of luggage.
- For safe operation, please follow the driver’s instructions.
