Information on the Free Shuttle Service
Guests staying at the Hotel may use our complimentary Shuttle Service between Karuizawa Station and the Hotel. Please make a Reservation in advance by phone or email.
■ Pick-up from JR Karuizawa Station
Advance Reservation is required. Reservations are accepted by phone or email.

*When making a Reservation, please provide the following information in advance:
(1) Stay date(s)
(2) Primary Guest name
(3) Preferred pick-up time
(4) Pick-up location (Karuizawa Station North Exit or South Exit)
(5) Emergency contact number
(6) Number and size of luggage
*During peak periods, the North Exit may be very crowded; we may ask you to use the South Exit instead.
■ Drop-off from the Hotel to the station
Reservations are not accepted for drop-off service from the Hotel to the station.
Once you are ready to depart, please inform our front desk staff or driver.
*If we are currently providing Shuttle Service for other guests, you may need to wait until we return.
■ Important Notes for Use
- This is a complimentary service available only to staying guests; we cannot provide Shuttle Service for non-guests.
- Service is available only between the Hotel and Karuizawa Station (nearest station). We do not operate on other routes.
- As we operate with one vehicle, capacity is limited to a maximum of 7 passengers. If multiple requests overlap, service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and you may share the vehicle with other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
- If your arrival time changes significantly due to train delays or cancellations, please be sure to contact the Hotel.
- If you have a large amount of luggage, please let us know in advance.
- For safe operation, please follow the driver’s instructions.
