I chose this Hotel because I wanted my elderly father, who has trouble walking, to enjoy an Onsen, and the Room had a private Onsen.When I mentioned that he struggles with steps, they kindly took photos and sent them to us, so we were able to visit with peace of mind.The Onsen is small but open-air, and it felt wonderful. He was truly happy to be able to soak in an Onsen again after a long time.Every dish was delicious, and there was more than we could finish—we were very satisfied.Above all, every staff member was extremely kind, and we had a very comfortable stay.It’s also convenient because there is Shuttle Service from the station.We would definitely like to visit again.
Because a group Reservation came in, we were upgraded to a Room with a private open-air bath. The bath temperature was perfect and truly relaxing. We stayed for two nights, and we enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We used the gym as well, and it was convenient because we could go straight to the large public bath afterward. Since it was drizzling, it would be even better if there were an easy covered passage between the North Wing and the Main Wing. Next time, we’d like to add dinner too. Thank you very much.
