Regarding Our Facility's Response to the Prevention of COVID-19
At Aoi Hotel & Resort, we are implementing the following measures as part of our COVID-19 prevention efforts to ensure that our guests can use each Facility with peace of mind.
1. We are conducting special cleaning that differs from normal times, such as disinfecting all guest rooms with alcohol. Additionally, we frequently disinfect with alcohol-based solutions, focusing on areas touched by many people, such as doorknobs and elevator buttons in common areas.
2. We have placed disinfectant solutions at entrances and the front desk, and we ask guests using the Hotel to use them.
3. To ensure that we serve our guests in a healthy condition, we pay close attention to the health management of our employees and instruct them to thoroughly wash hands, gargle, and use alcohol disinfectants. Furthermore, to prevent any potential spread of infection, our employees will be wearing masks when attending to guests.
4. All employees are regularly tested using the "COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test."
5. All employees undergo temperature checks when reporting to work.
6. We also ask guests to cooperate with temperature checks at check-in.
