    As we had never stayed in Atami before, we chose this Hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary trip. When I mentioned it to the staff at check-in, they surprised us with an anniversary dessert plate at dinner. It was beautifully done, and we truly appreciated the care they put into it for us. We chose a Room with an open-air bath. We were able to relax and soak while enjoying the view. The large public bath was also very pleasant. The meals were a delight for both the eyes and the palate. We were told the menu had just changed to the autumn selection, and in particular, the tilefish scale-grilled dish was outstanding. At breakfast the next morning, I noticed that the flowers in the vase on our table were different from those at dinner; when I asked a staff member, they said they change them between night and morning. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast was also served as a course meal, and it was fun being able to choose between an egg dish or curry. The butter served with the bread was white in color with a rich flavor—absolutely delicious.Overall, every staff member provided courteous service and had wonderful smiles. Their attentive yet unobtrusive approach felt just right. As someone who lives a busy day-to-day life, thank you for giving me such an extraordinary escape—it became a truly memorable trip thanks to you all. We would love to visit again soon.

  • A relaxing Accommodation.

    I visited last autumn and had such a wonderful stay that I returned in a different season.As always, this Accommodation offers service with just the right level of attentiveness and very quiet Rooms—perfect for adult guests. Also, perhaps because each Room has its own Onsen, I was able to fully relax without repeatedly running into other guests in the public bath or sauna.The presentation, quality, and portion sizes of the meals were all at an exceptionally high level, and I was very satisfied. If I may share one request, I felt the breakfast salad portion could be about half the size. I also thought it would be nice to have a towel refresh during turndown service in the Room.It was unfortunate that we couldn’t enjoy the views from the Room or lounge due to bad weather, but this is definitely one of those Accommodations that makes you want to return again.

Directions via wider roads for an easier drive to the Hotel

1. From the Tomei Expressway Atsugi IC, take the Odawara-Atsugi Road and Manazuru Road to Yugawara.

2. Do not enter the Atami Beach Line; continue on National Route 135.

3. You will reach the Izusan Intersection (marked by a police box). Turn right and continue along the road.

4. About 300 m past Izusan Shrine, turn right just before Hannyain Temple. (The intersection is at the exit of a downhill curve.)
The road narrows for about 100 m, but soon turn left and proceed onto a two-lane road.
Continue toward MOA Museum of Art.

5. After passing MOA Museum of Art, turn right at the T-junction at the end of the road and head toward Hakone. Continue along the road.
Pass Atami Golf Club; about 300 m ahead, you will find the Hotel on your left.

[By car from Shizuoka / Numazu area]
Turn left at Sasajiri Intersection on Nekkan Road, then turn right toward Himenosawa Park; about 2.5 km ahead, you will find the Hotel on your right.
