Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza
Tokyo Metropolis/GinzaA rejuvenating stay with Bach and wellness cuisine
Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza is located in the heart of Tokyo's Ginza, yet offers a serene escape in a historic area associated with the Kano school. We welcome you with music inspired by J.S. Bach and our unique wellness cuisine. Enjoy a tranquil environment where you can relax and rejuvenate both body and mind.
About a three-minute walk from the Kabuki-za Theatre, it was very convenient—I could return right away even after the evening performance ended. This time I stayed on the Executive Floor, so in the evening I relaxed at the bar, enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres while taking in Ginza’s streetscape and night views. The platter included smoked salmon and prosciutto, and I could also choose pickles and nuts; it was great that these were included. For alcohol there was champagne, several wines, whisky, and sake, but cocktails were charged separately. I took some soup back to my Room and it was delicious, but carrying hot soup to the Room in a paper cup felt unsafe. The Room was a twin; not spacious, but it had a separate bathroom with a rain shower. There is a washing area, but no space for changing clothes. When I first entered the Room, it was lovely that the curtains opened with music. The view faced another building, but I could still enjoy some night scenery at an angle. Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was fluent and polite. On departure day when I asked about transportation to Yokohama, I was told to walk to Ginza Station rather than use nearby Higashi-Ginza Station—but you can go directly from Higashi-Ginza Station too, right? When pulling a suitcase through Ginza, shorter is better—so why?
kyouto58 4/19/2026The Room was spacious, and the bedding was excellent. The Plan included delicious cake and sparkling wine, making it a wonderful memory. While there was instant drip coffee available in the Room, it was a bit disappointing that there were no coffee or tea options on the room service menu. However, the staff's response was very kind and prompt, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is also great, and I would definitely like to stay again.
